HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m.
Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or who delay our cleaning are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their place of residence.
Please contact us if you wish to book in your own place of residence.
3. Smoking, partying and excessive noise are not allowed, even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of 250€ plus the cost of a
special cleaning and damage repair.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. Guests whose number exceeds that stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
6. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay.
7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, remote controls.
8. Noise level measuring systems are installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels.
9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.
10. Passports or ID cards of guests will be requested online prior to their stay.
COVID-19 ADDITIONS
11. Guests are not allowed to stay in or enter the apartments or buildings if they have had contact with a person infected with COVID-19 within the last 14 days or if they show symptoms of respiratory illness or fever. If symptoms occur during the stay, guests must immediately contact our customer service by phone.
12. Apartments may only be occupied by guests who are not subject to the official contact restrictions.
13. Booking a reservation implies agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

- Karola (10/5): Rundum zufrieden - Privater Stellplatz für"s Auto direkt vor der Tür, sehr ruhig, bequeme Betten, gute Anbindung an ÖPNV, reibungsloser Check-in, Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußläufig. Die ansonsten gute Ausstattung könnte um einen Salzstreuer ergänzt werden 😀

- Christian (9/5): Insgesamt gelungen - Charmante, gemütliche Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür, netter gemütlicher Balkon/Terrasse. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Der Fernseher war nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar, Küchenbeleuchtung (Unterbauleuchten) defekt bzw. nur über USB nutzbar, Kabel vorhanden, Adapterstecker leider nicht.
