Rosiel (3/5): Muito caro pouco retorno e com penalidades ainda , não recomendo de forma alguma. - Localização. Apartamento muito mal dividido os cômodos, sala muito grande 2 quartos muito pequenos , tá precisando de manutenção, não pode ligar 2 chuveiro cai a chave geral. Ainda tive um transtorno e um gasto que achei injusto, a fechadura da porta de entrada do apartamento era muito velha só tinha uma chave que estava torta e a mesma quebrou, ,chamei o chaveiro abriu de boa, mas daí teve trocar a fechadura por ser muito velha fui obrigado a pagar por tudo ficou em 600,00 reais achei muito injusto. Só tem uma vaga na garagem também, achei negativo também, estávamos em 2 carros tivemos que pagar garagem p outro carro.
