O mais impressionante foi a simpatia e a atenção da proprietária com os Hóspedes, comunicação sempre que necessitamos, muita humildade e gentileza! Voltarei sempre que der.
• Gasparetto Melo (10/5): - Apartamento limpo e aconchegante, cama confortável, chuveiro bom, tem secador de cabelo, excelente localização, no mesmo quarteirão do prédio tem uma padaria excelente, supermercado, farmácia e academia o que facilitou bastante a estadia. Anfitrião muito cordial e preocupado com minha acomodação se tudo estava em ordem e atendia minhas necessidades. Esta é minha segunda vez hospedada no mesmo apartamento. Super recomendo!
• Wanda (8/5): Plenty to do and see in the surrounds. - The Location is great. The building security and politeness of the staff is wonderful. Closer to many restaurants and great shops. Closer to the Underground. Safety area. Lack of a proper mirror; the only one was not even half body in the bathroom. Lack of a bedside lamp, Lack of a little bin basket in the room, A more comfortable sofa bed. If you have to sleep more than few days on the one there you will end with low back pain. Besides, it is very, very low and had to get up. Even there there is a fee included for cleaning, no one ever went to clean, plus I found pretty dirty upon my arrival and cleaned it by myself. Staying for nearly two weeks without a change of bed linen and towels. Inquired about change the linen and towels and have to pay R$170 for it to be done. Forgot a brand new shoes when I left but never been contacted by the business who goes after to clean. If they would they could have track me through the owner of the flat.
• Maximiliano (8/5): Perfect transit stay as I need it to do a short business layover in SP, location 10/10 - Nice and clean apartament, it could use some more lighting but I think it’s a perfect value for money situation!
