Access to hot water The bathroom. The cistern in the toilet was a problem. It got fixed, then stopped working again. The hot water flow from the shower had very poor pressure , so was only a stream and took a very long time to get any hot water .

Habia heces de perro en el segundo piso. Desayuno escaso. Ojalá puedan mejorar esas cosas porque las habitaciones y la ubicación está muy bien.

• Virginia (3/5): Decepcionante por el ruido. - La ubicación era en todo el centro. La cama muy incomoda, estaba hundida por la mitad. En el baño la puerta no abría porque se pegaba con el lavavo. El alojamiento es super ruidoso. Se escucha todo de los pasillos y otras habitaciones. Ademas resultó que había una fiesta en la terraza y desde las 17 hasta las 20.30 hubo música a toso volumen que se escuchaba por todo el alojamiento. No se podía descansar ni trabajar, yo tenía varias videollamadas de trabajo y algunas no pude hacerlas por el tremendo ruido. Nunca se aviso que habría una discoteca que se escuchaba la musica en todo el hotel. Si van a tener este tipo de actividades deberían de tener el lugar alicatado y aislado para no molestar.

• Sandi Serrudo (9/5): - Excelente ubicación, quedan accesibles todos los lugares más concurridos como ser la Plaza 10 de Noviembre, el Boulevard, la Catedral, la Casa de Moneda, entre otros. Además existe transporte público que pasa por la puerta del alojamiento y que conduce de y hacia la Nueva Terminal, se pueden acceder a múltiples negocios (tiendas) y a unas cuadras sobre la calle Millares caminando se llega a un supermercado Del Sur. Por otro lado existen múltiples negocios tipo Pub, restaurantes, cafeterías cerca. Las entidades bancarias se encuentran en el paseo Boulevard. En cuanto al hotel, ambientes muy cómodos, limpios, que cuenta con calefacción y televisión por cable, una bella adecuación de al parecer una casa de estilo colonial. El personal muy amable y colaborativo en todos sus turnos.
• Robin (3/5): - Die Unterkunft war nah gelegen und günstig. Der Hund, der zum Hotel gehört (evtl zu einem Mitarbeitenden) hat morgens im Innenraum gegen den Tresen des Frühstücks gepinkelt. Darüber hinaus sprang mich der aggressive Hund im Hof mehrfach an und hat versucht, mich zu beißen. Ich bin nebenbei bemerkt allergisch gegen Hunde, was sich kurz darauf auf beiden Händen in Form eines Ausschlags bemerkbar machte. Nur mit einem Besen konnten die Angestellten den Hund zurückhalten und von mir fernhalten. Erst nachdem ich an der Rezeption noch einmal vorstellig wurde und mich beschwerte, kam man einer Entschuldigung nahe. Beim Checkout wiederum verlor man über die Situation kein Wort. Ich finde dieses Verhalten absolut unterirdisch.

Calidad buena de internet. Excelente la cantidad y calidad de las toallas Destacó la amabilidad y servicio de una de las señoras que me atendió en el momento del check in, estimo que era la administradora. Lo recomiendo y volvería sin dudarlo El desayuno me pareció muy básico.

• Gabriel Szalkowski (1/5): Caro y mala atención - El desayuno no estaba mal. Atención horrible. El parking era muy pequeño y no pudimos meter el coche. Tampoco no nos querían ayudar a meterlo. Se ofrecieron a llevarnos a otro parking privado que tuvimos que pagar nosotros por nuestra cuenta, a pesar de que el parking estuviera incluido en la reserva. Las chicas de recepcion nos miraban mal, nos hablaban mal, y nos ignoraban. Para mostrarnos las habitaciones, se fue sin decirnos nada como esperando que la siguieramos, mientras nosotros no sabiamos ni que hacer. Horrible la atención. Luego, en el baño no teníamos ni gel de ducha ni jabón de cuerpo ni champú. Solo una mísera barrita de jabón de manos en miniatura. No nos dieron mandos de la tele y tuvimos que bajar a pedirlos. Antes de enseñarnos las habitaciones, sabiendo que estabamos cansados despues de un largo viaje, la chica se fue a cerrar la puerta de la entrada principal, sin decir nada, y con toda la calma, cosa que podría hacer luego de enseñarnos las habitaciones. El baño estaba algo sucio y lleno de humedades. Las mantas de la cama picaban mucho y las almohadas eran incómodas. Decian en Booking que aceptaban dolares pero tuvimos que pagar en bolivianos. Me he quedado en sitios mejores por un tercio del precio. Caro y decepcionante.

Piso sin ayuda para subir el equipaje, las baterías del control de la TV estaban mordidas, el control no funcionaba, no había papel higiénico en el baño, el ingreso al parqueo repleto de cajas de cartón con desechos que hacían difícil el ingreso, la recepcionista se olvidó desde el saludo hasta la colaboración, no nos brindó ayuda en ningún aspecto.

O pagamento pode ser feito tanto em dinheiro quanto no cartão, o que facilita bastante. Avaliação para brasileiros: Café da manhã bem limitado, com opções simples como pão amanhecido, queijo, presunto e bolachas recheadas. O cheiro do ambiente não é dos melhores.

The bathroom door could not be fully opened as it bumped into the sink. The Wi-Fi in my room was hopeless, though it worked well in the reception.

All boxes checked - Affordable, clean, breakfast and coffee included in the morning, cool building, excellent location, and they connected me with an awesome and affordable tour of the mine. There are other hostels in town that also seem good, probably geared towards a backpacker party crowd. As a sober guy who loves to sleep soundly, this place met all my expectations.

The hotel is a taxi ride from the bus station but conveniently located near some interesting sights in town. Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing—the food quality was poor, and the coffee machine rarely worked properly. The breakfast area is in the small, draughty reception space, which didn’t make for a comfortable dining experience. While the reception staff were friendly, they also handled kitchen duties, which may have contributed to the overall lack of quality.

• Sarah (1/5): Awful and had there been somewhere else I could have moved to, I would've left straight away. - Out of everywhere I have stayed in Peru and Bolivia, this was by far the worst accommodation. The only redeeming factor is the location is very central, however the accommodation itself is so run down and absolutely not worth the money. Firstly the rooms stink with a putrid smell from the drains which never goes away, the mattress was no longer solid in anyway and folded in on itself when sat on, let alone slept on, accompanied with ripped and stained bedding. The handle on the toilet was broken and when this was shown to the staff, I was told to just lift up the lid on the back of the toilet put my hand inside and pull the contraption to make the toilet flush each time!?! The keys to the doors are either bent completely out of shape or jam consistently. There is a consistent loud banging coming from the rooftop/upper floors that travels throughout the building and was only silent for 4 hours between 1am - 5am (I didn't sleep much whilst there). I also had to change rooms, as whilst it was initially lovely to enter a warm and cosy room, the radiators function to turn it off weren't working, so the room became sweltering hot, has no window or ventilation and once inside the hotel the entire building is in a type of greenhouse structure, so no fresh air comes in at all. This initial room also looks out into a shared lobby, with people coming and going but all the bathrooms for the rooms face right on this area, but have no privacy, except for a flimsy and see-through shower curtain that is ripped and only just hanging on. When outside in the lobby area if anyone is in the shower, you can see everything!. Very badly designed with no thought whatsoever in the comfort of guests. The rooms + bathrooms aren't clean either with evidence of previous guests. Everything - the structure and layout which provides no ventilation. The rooms and hallways stink of a constant putrid smell, the rooms are very run down, no privacy in the bathrooms and facilities such as the toilet flush not working and there being consistent noise and banging into the early hours.

Just ask in the kitchen for eggs by your choice. Furthermore the staff was really nice and helpful during our stay. They would even let us take a shower in our former room after checkout time, because we were so dusty from the silver mine tour. Thx for that!

• Gioacchino (8/5): Overall a great stay, I'd recommend; it's uphill so a difficult walk, staff don't speak English. - The breakfast was great, the bed and bedroom were large and comfortable. The hotel itself is set in a beautiful building and the staff generally seemed helpful. Great value for money and a decent location. Staff didn't speak English, and my bathroom door didn't fully open as it was a little small. The other issue is that, while the location is close to the centre, it's uphill. Walking back to the hotel took a while, even though it was close to the centre.

One of the staff members was really kind to help us park the car inside the garage. She also greeted us in the morning and asked if we slept okay. It was a challenge to park our Nissan x-trail with rooftoptent inside the garage. It’s a narrow street and there is not much place to turn your car. The garage door is narrow too and not so high.

• Laura (7/5): Good to stay one night - It’s an old mansion so a beautiful building. Room is nice but a bit outdated with regards to furniture, perhaps to keep the old mansion in style. Breakfast was all right too. The staff is amazing. I had a personal problem (not with the hotel) and they helped me perfectly. Also, the next day when needing a cab, the lady walked with us all the way down the street to flag one down. Outdated rooms which are quite noisy. We were unlucky to stay a night when the nearby college was very loudly celebrating its 100th birthday. Thank god for ear plugs! When we arrived our booking hadn’t come through yet, we booked a room with air conditioning and they first placed us in a room without. We then asked them for a different room and again got one without, but it wasn’t too hot that day so we just accepted it. But it was a bit strange and got me wondering whether they have rooms with air conditioning at all.
