- Chima (7/5): Was a nice experience, but have been great if not for the bad blinds. - It was a cool place. Did not have issues while I was there. The beddings and space was neat and ok. The blinds were not good, so I did not really enjoy my morning sleep. But that was the only negative and I was assured that it was going to be fixed soon.

- Osazuwa (1/5): - I did not like anything as I could not get access into the property. I was stuck outside in the cold and the host ignored my calls and messages. Everything! Avoid at all costs as this appears to be a scam. They gave me a code for a key box and there was no key in it. After contacting them, they gave me a code to another keybox which still did not have a key in it. I sent them messages about it and tried calling. My messages and calls were completely ignored and the host never responded even after clearly reading my message. This is totally unacceptable and fraudulent!

We tried to sent a message via booking nobody was answered than we tried to call several times after declined for a few time the staff answered and provided the new code. And the light in the room was terrible. The room itself was fine for the price but needed the change the bulb for the light because it was to dark in the room, cannot see anything.

- Hassan (10/5): I recommend the place to anyone. - The location was very good nearer to the central London,and surrounded of nice restaurants and shops. To be honest there is nothing i didn't like about the place.

- Veronique (4/5): I won’t go back - Location Mould on window seal, the bedside table light base which was made of pottery was completely broken but has been left there, shower and bath tub very old, I thought I was going to go through the bottom of the tub whilst showering. Electric shower temperature couldn’t be adjusted, very very hot. But the worst was being stuck outside the bedroom in the night; the handle got stuck and the door wouldn’t open. Luckily my son heard me and opened the door.

- Naroa (8/5): Estancia muy agradable - El apartamento esta muy bien comunicado con las líneas de metro para ir a cualquier sitio del centro de forma rápida. El propietario nos contestaba al segundo cuando teníamos cualquier duda o para solucionar algún problema. El primer día nos dimos cuenta de que la calefacción no funcionaba y enseguida nos dio solución. También fue muy aclarativo con todas las instrucciones de entrada (recogida de llaves) y salida, ya que al principio nos costo saber cual era la caja de la que teníamos que coger la llave. Los espacios comunes estaban cuidados y todos fueron muy respetuosos con todo. Antes de llegar no sabíamos bien que nos encontraríamos dado a las malas reseñas, pero nada que ver. Tienes tu habitación con armario, cama, enchufes y toallas. Si bien es cierto que las habitaciones no están tan insonorizadas como podrían estar, el ruido de las zonas comunes tampoco es tan molesto. Tanto la cocina como el baño tiene todo lo que necesitas, ahora, todo es adaptarte a compartirlo con mas gente, respetando los turnos y las pertenencias del resto. Hubiese estado bien un poco mas de insonorización para poder hablar agusto en la habitación sin tener miedo de molestar a los demás. Y por pedir que hubiese algún baño mas, ya que indica dos pero no aclara que uno es el baño y el otro la zona de ducha (están separados). Y ya por ultimo, la luz de la habitación no ilumina muchísimo, no es un gran problema pero ya que es un interruptor que se puede regular, un poco mas de potencia para según que hora se agradece.

Покоївка терпляче почекала 1 годину, хоча і ничого не знає про привілеї Genius мандрівників і може цей обєкт не приєднався до цієї програми. Не зважаючи на те, що написано рушники/постільна білизна за додаткову плату, це було надано безкоштовно. Тепло. На спільній кухні багато посуду. Є чай і розчинна кава. Якщо влаштовує спільна ванна кімната та туалет, тоді це досить непоганий варіант. 1 Інструкція з пошуку ключів від першої двері незрозуміла 2 Власник не відповідає на телефонні дзвінки. 3 Коли бронюєшь, то бачишь іншу кімнату, розмір якої 30 кв.м. Реалії: 6 кв.м. Стіни вже потрібно пофарбувати або промити. 4 Цитата з титульного опису: "У кожному номері є пральна машина, кухня, ванна кімната та робочий стіл". В кімнаті не було стола. Тільки ліжко, 2 стула і стійка для одягу. Кухня теж без стола. Тобто, тарілки на колінах або на ліжку... 5 Опис містить протиріччя і ті зручності, яких немає (наприклад, біде, ванна кімната, 30 кв.м). І ми попались на цей гачок. Тобто, в реаліях, один туалет та одна ванна кімната на 10-12 осіб....

- Philip (1/5): I didn't stay, as it was so awful. - Nothing It was just horrible from the word go. There was a broken key in the lock so I could only gain entry by knocking on the door, which was answered by a man in just his boxer shorts. Couldn't find my room as there was a mattress in the corridor blocking the door. When I did find the room, the window flew open, bringing down the Venetian blind. The photos on booking.com were entirely unrepresentative of the place. Another man came out, also in his underwear. I decided I wouldn't stay there and told the letters via text (they wouldn't accept any calls) that I wouldn't be staying there and expected a full refund, to which they replied OK. When I complained to booking.com, they lied and told them that I had been happy with the stay and it all went well. As far as I'm aware that is all that booking.com got out of them and I have been denied any refund. Completely unacceptable, and I will be taking the matter further.

- Philip (1/5): Dreadful - I didn't like anything as I didn't stay. First of all the key didn't work as a key had been broken off in the lock. I gained entry by knocking on the door and a guy came to the door in his underwear to let me in. At first I couldn't find my room because there was a mattress in the corridor covering the door. When I finally gained entrance the room looked shabby. Then the window flew open bringing down the blind. With all these problems, I decided to leave the property and asked for a refund.
- Agata (2/5): - Bardzo głośni współlokatorzy, którzy uniemożliwiali zarówno sen jak i korzystanie z części wspólnych do późnych godzin nocnych. Pokoje oraz łazienka i toaleta na zdjęciach wyglądały schludnie, jednak na miejscu zastaliśmy je w okropnym stanie - brudne, nieprzyjemne. Toaleta i prysznic byly tak zanieczyszczone, że brzydziliśmy się z nich korzystać. W pokoju zastaliśmy brudne ściany, zepsutą starą żaluzję w oknie, ledwo działające mrugające światło oraz nieprzyjemny zapach. Nieprzyjemna okolica i okropne korytarze wewnątrz budynku sprawiały że nie czułam się bezpiecznie. Na stronie bookingu był podany zły adres miejsca, przez co długo błądziliśmy, a Kontakt z właścicielem oraz oznaczenie budynków były tak beznadziejne, ze nawet już na miejscu błądziliśmy godzinę nie mogąc znaleźć dokładnej lokalizacji oraz kluczy

- Yulia (2/5): Next time I come to London I will not be staying in this hotel. - Great location, close to underground. Good value for money, overall just what I expected. I was laying in bed in the morning, someone entered the PIN code for my door and went in my room. My check-in time had not come yet and apparently they were told that the room was free. This is unacceptable and caused me to fear leaving the room for the bathroom in case someone else went in and took my stuff. How could they allow someone to break in when there's still a guest in the room? Also, it is impossible to sleep early in the morning as everyone is waking up and slamming their doors. Everything is very audible through the walls. There is also a lack of air freshener in the toilets, I felt a very unpleasant smell in the corridor after someone used the bathroom.
