• Alexander (2/5): - Unangenehme Erfahrung! - 50min!!! Suche nach Appartment - Ameisen in der Küche - Unfreundliche Betreuung vor Ort Die genannte Adresse auf booking ist nicht korrekt. Passiert den Besten… Nach einem Telefonat mit dem Host wurde ich 15 min Fußweg in eine andere Richtung geschickt, nur um rauszufinden, dass Regina Gardens 200 m entfernt von der angegebenen Adresse war. Der Spaziergang mit Gepäck bei 30° hätte manchen das Leben kosten können, mir Gott sei Dank nur meine Nerven. Das Auffinden des Eingangstors war jedoch der Anfang vom Ende. Eine 15 - minütige Suche nach dem korrekten Appartment folgte, denn eine Beschriftung ist nirgends aufzufinden, ein Haupteingang zum Gebäude ist ebenfalls nicht markiert und es gibt mehrere! Appartments mit der gleichen Nummer… Immerhin habe ich auf diese Art schon zwei nette Familien kennengelernt. Die Frau am Telefon war leider genauso inkompetent, wie ihre Kollegin zu der sie mich weitergeleitet hat. Da haben sich zwei gefunden. Beide waren wohl nie vor Ort und konnten nicht mit Wegbeschreibungen weiterhelfen… Das Appartment ist geräumig und schön, mit prachtvoller Küche, vollausgestattet sogar mit mehreren! Ameisenfamilien. Der Strand ist nur auf den Fotos nah… aber die Poolanlage hat was zu bieten. Insgesamt sehr schade für das schlechte Erlebnis, da das Appartment schön ist, die Host-Firma nur leider bemerkenswert unfähig.

При заселении нужно внести залог 150 евро, а возврат написано в течении 3 дней после выселения. Этот момент смущает, ожидания три дня. Надеемся деньги вернут.

• Stefan (6/5): Okay - Lage ganz gut. 2 Pools. Der Kontakt mit der zuständigen Mitarbeiter:in via WhatsApp war angenehm und unkompliziert. Anfahrtsbeschreibung könnte etwas detaillierter sein. Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Plastik-Türgriffe quietschen extrem. Grund für die eher schlechte Bewertung ist allerdings die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer wurde mit Sicherheit schon Wochen nicht mehr gereinigt. Wir haben die Wohnung sauberer hinterlassen als wir sie vorgefunden haben.

• Grzegorz (10/5): Piękny apartament. Polecam!!! - Nowocześnie urządzony apartament we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty. Do zmywarki i pralki były nawet zostawione kapsułki. Duży salon, dwie sypialnie, dwie łazienki, duży taras. Apartament znajduje się w bloku na terenie przepięknie utrzymanego ogrodu. Do dyspozycji dwa duże baseny i mały brodzik dla dzieci. Szybkie dojście do pięknej plaży schowanej pomiędzy skałami. Obok tradycyjna, szeroka plaża z leżakami i parasolami (plaża Venus) Wynajmujący domagał się kaucji za ewentualne zniszczenia lub nadmierne zużycie prądu. Wymienił nawet limity zużycia prądu, powyżej których należy liczyć się z dodatkową opłatą.

• LUCA (9/5): Ottimo appartamento - Appartamento ampio, con 2 servizi, ben attrezzato, in particolare la cucina, terrazza con tavolo per cenare o fare colazione fuori. Letti comodi, aria condizionata funziona bene. Wifi funziona bene. All'interno del residence possibilità di parcheggio auto. Quartiere silenzioso. Facile il check-in con le istruzioni ricevute. Abbiamo apprezzato la piscina del residence. Nonostante fossimo al terzo piano in cucina c'erano le formiche, non erano comunque fastidiose

• Ann (8/5): We all enjoyed our stay very much. - The location was good as it was chosen to be near family that live in Paphos. The apartment had a damp smell about it. As though it needed a good airing for a week or so before out arrival as we took out holiday very early in the year, so could have been closed up for a few months? This made us conscious of our clothes having this smell too. This had no impact on the enjoyment of the holiday though.
• Andreas (6/5): Pleasant - Kitchen and living room are well equipped and modern. TV had working Netflix. Big balcony, too bad the view was not that great. Apartment is very spacious, even too big for 2 people. Price was affordable. The beds are hardest we have ever encountered during our travels and after 2 nights of horrible sleep we booked an inn next to airport for our last night instead. We only used the smaller bedroom as the bigger one smelled funny.. Floors were very cold. As mentioned the view of the apartment is not to the yard but to the hills. Pool was also closed for the whole duration of our stay. The waterheater barely managed to heat enough water for 2 warm showers and the floor on bigger bathroom is tilted so you have to be very careful the water not to flow out from the bathroom. Having a car is a must here, as for most of Cyprus, but even on heart of winter we had to park quite far away from the apartment as the all nearby parking spots were always full.

• Nataliia (8/5): Very good - - apartment was comfortable and cozy, with nice balcony - has all amenities for a comfortable stay - responsive and welcoming staff - boiler was not able to heat the water to the temperature, comfortable for a shower - floor was very cold even when in was warm in the apartment: made it quite uncomfortable to walk without home slippers - location: apartment is not only hard to get to, but also is located in the apartment block that you can enter only from the farthest apartment complex side (+5-10 min walk to what google maps will show you), and its not shown/described anywhere
• Jānis (8/5): We enjoy brightness, mornings, location, but shower is a problem. - Location is ok, good beach is 5 min, no car needed, inside garden and pool ok. Rooms ok, bright and clean. Feeling like in Hotel. Layout ok. Shower, Huston we have a problem, one is extra small but work, another is big but water splash everywhere. Bathroom is biggest problem. Parking is another problem, there are no numbers, you need to fight for place.

• Oliwia (8/5): Good - The apartment had useful equipment such as a microwave, oven, washing machine and vacuum cleaner. Guests who would come for a longer stay would certainly benefit from these equipment. Getting there and finding the right apartment was terrible, even a pin from Google Maps didn't help. You may also note that the advertisement stated that the host of the facility speaks several languages. It was actually only English. Why mislead guests? Apart from that everything's fine :)
