Guest will be provided with an online registration and guest agreement form upon securing the reservation. The registration must be completed within 24 hours of confirming the reservation or the reservation may be canceled. Guest are also required to provide photo identification and credit card details, in the name of the booker, to Verve Vacation Rentals, within 24 hours of confirming the reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
