- Christian (9/5): - Super netter Service am Empfang, Gesamteindruck im Hotel hervorragend, die Zimmer sind mit einer besonderen Note eingerichtet und ausreichend komfortabel. Ebenfalls ist das Frühstück klasse und der gesamte Bereich hervorragend gestaltet + werthaltig eingerichtet. Gleiches gilt für den Pool- und Saunabereich. Was leider die Bewertung nicht optimal macht, ist die personelle Besetzung im Bereich der Bar. Der Mitarbeiter legt ein Verhalten an den Tag, welches im klaren Wiederspruch zum restlichen Personal steht. Das man sich nicht kurz bei Rückkehr vom "Berg" mit der Skikleidung dort hinsetzen kann, erschließt sich mir nicht... ist aber ggf. eine Hotel-Philosophie. Wie der Barkeeper aber mit der Situation umgeht und sich derart unfreundlich und arrogant verhält, passt nichts ins Gesamtbild. Wir haben die Bar dann die Tage gemieden.

- Erik (9/5): Convenient, comfortable stay - Nice design hotel, very helpful staff. Great spa/pool for daily swim. Excellent breakfast and dinner. All perfectly fine. Perhaps coffee machine on room would be nice. But no necessity.

Mooie oversized gordijnen en veel kastruimte ‘s ochtends na het ontbijt hebben we ons steeds moeten verkleden omdat de afzuiging bij het live cooking gedeelte niet goed functioneerde.

- Alina (8/5): - Хороший, чистый номер. Номер был как заявлено в бронировании. Персонал отзывчивый и добрый. Прекрасный официант Gabriella, веселая и приятная! Рядом с отелем удобный шатл до подъемника, не больше 5 минут. Нет ватных дисков для умывания. Нет чайника, это очень сильно расстроило.
- Manuel (10/5): Ein traumhafter Start nach 2026 - Tolle zentrale Lage, riesiges Zimmer mit Blick über das ganze Zillertal, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, außergewöhnliches Abendessen in der Halbpension (5 Gänge Menü), kleiner aber sehr feiner Sauna- und Schwimmbereich, tolle Bar und durch die Bank super freundliches Personal, auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz darf das Auto kostenlos parken (TG gg. Gebühr). Wirklich fulminant war die Sylvesterparty mit Livemusik, Empfang auf der Terrasse mit Flying Buffet, anschließend Galadinner, dann Tanz, Bar und gute Laune und das alles für Hotelgäste in der Halbpension inkludiert. Mega!!! Das Hotel ist als nachhaltiges und grünes Hotel zertifiziert. Zum Sylvestergaladinner gab es Knickleuchtarmbänder an jedem Platz, hoch giftig und letztendlich nur Müll und um 23:00 Uhr gab es ein hoteleigenes Feuerwerk… hat für mich auch wenig mit Nachhaltigkeit und Unweltschutz zu tun. Beides hat nicht zum sonst perfekt umgesetzten Hotelkonzept gepasst und ich hätte gerne darauf verzichtet.

- Anja (3/5): Ein sehr Enttäuschendes, Wellness, Wochenende mit dem kleinen Trost, dass es ein gutes Abendessen gab - Das Abendessen war ausgesprochen gut! Wir hatten das Hotel als Wellnesshotel gebucht, der Wellness Bereich war einer der schlechtesten die ich je gesehen habe. Dampfbad zu kalt, die angepriesen Marmorwände sind Plastikwände, die einfach keine Wärme speichern, die in der finnischen Sauna angepriesen. Aufgüsse haben gar nicht stattgefunden, die Kräutersauna roch nicht nach Kräutern, sondern eher muffelig. die Infrarotkabine entspricht auch nicht dem Stand von 2025. Der gesamte Wellnessbereich ist sehr lieblos gestaltet. Im Ruheraum läuft die Lüftung extrem laut, so dass von Ruhe kaum die Rede sein kann. Personal hat sich im Wellnessbereich überhaupt nicht sehen lassen, so dass zum späteren Nachmittag sich die leeren Tassen die leeren Salzbehälter und so weiter türmten. Das Teeangebot im Wellnessbereich beschränkte sich ausschließlich auf verschiedene schwarzes Sorten. Die Qualität des Tees war aber sehr gut. Das Zimmer war im Tiroler Stil, was für uns absolut in Ordnung war. Dies aber als Designhotel zu bezeichnen, finden wir etwas mutig. Im Badezimmer hat leider die Heizung nicht funktioniert und auch im Zimmer konnte man die Heizung nicht steuern außer man wäre unter eine Sitzbank gekrochen, was wir aber vermieden haben, da es dort auch staubig war. Das Kuchen Angebot am Nachmittag war extrem dürftig Kaffee zum Kuchen war leider Teil ist gar nicht möglich da kein Personal sichtbar war, dass sonst hätte Kaffee bringen können.

- Diana (9/5): Ein hervorragendes Hotel zum Genießen und Enstpannen - Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und großes Zimmer. WC war räumlich vom Bad abgetrennt. Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße im Zentrum von Mayrhofen. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit guten und frischen Produkten. Das Abendessen war mehr als köstlich. Das gesamte Servicepersonal sehr nett, aufmerksam und freundlich mit einer sehr sympatischen Lockerheit. Der Baarkeeper mixt einen individuellen Cocktail - hervorragend! Leider wenig Liegeflächen im Ruheraum.
- Gabi (10/5): Unser Kurzurlaub hätte nicht schöner sein können! - Alles und ganz besonders das Abendessen. Keine Ahnung, wann wir das letzte Mal so hervorragend gegessen haben. Wellnessbereich war nicht wahnsinnig groß aber sauber, gemütlich und die Größe voll ausreichend. Das Personal war durch die Bank äußerst freundlich und immer bemüht es allen recht zu machen. Mir fällt nichts dazu ein.

Persönliche Bemerkungen: Maria Perle der Réception, Katharina Service/Chefin, sehr sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Perfekte Übersicht. Gabriela sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit, immer fröhlich. Michelle Réception sehr sympathisch,aufgestellt, empfängt Gäste mit grossem Charme. Erik Service Mann sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit, immer fröhlich. Nico Bar-Chef sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit, immer gut gelaunt. Sehr negativ: Phantom-Chef. Leider nie gesehen und somit nie mit ihm sprechen können. Ihm scheint es unwichtig, dass die Gäste sein Kapital sind. Ein NO GO. Negativ: Vor unserem Zimmer stand eine klobige, unschöne, schwerfällige, dunkle Notfall-Treppe die das Zimmer sehr dunkel scheinen liess. Obwohl Junior Suite nicht zu empfehlen.

- Tanja (10/5): - Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Das ganze Team war super freundlich und aufmerksam, man merkt, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Super Parkmöglichkeiten. Besonders in Erinnerung bleibt uns der Barkeeper – total nett, motiviert und mit tollen Ideen, einfach jemand, der Spaß an seinem Job hat. Der Wellness- und Poolbereich war perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in den Bergen. Alles da, von Rucksack, Wellnesstasche, Yogamatte am Zimmer. Alles sauber, modern und gemütlich. An alles gedacht- sogar GHD Fön am Zimmer ❤️ Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker – ein paar mehr vegane Optionen wären schön, aber insgesamt wirklich top.
- Peteris (9/5): A great hotel to stay at in Mayrhoen - An ideal hotel for families for a summer holiday in the mountains, with a pool, sauna area, and delicious cuisine. Once a week they have a grill dinner, which was excellent! The hotel staff is wonderful – everyone we interacted with was very helpful and genuinely friendly. We will definitely want to return here in the winter as well. There were a few technical issues with the lighting in our room, and on some nights there was a lot of noise coming from the pool area, even though it was supposed to be closed. However, since we were given a larger room upon arrival, we really have nothing to complain about :)

Comfortable room, although next time I will book a room with a balcony as the mountain views are spectacular. Delicious evening meal. - Steve (10/5): Fabulous family run hotel which met our needs entirely - Lovely hotel with spacious room which was perfect for our family of 4 We were assigned a restaurant table on the first night of our stay which was ours for the duration of our stay. This took away any of the stress of having to find a table at each meal time. A great idea Food quality was excellent All of the staff were friendly and attentive. We were made to feel very welcome Slight misunderstanding about the half board meal swap for a local restaurant meant that we paid a little more than we were expecting but the meal itself was excellent Occasionally the food selection was becoming a bit limited towards the end of the dining session

- William (10/5): One of my favourite stays in Austria - Genuinely relaxing stay - all the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful during the stay. Evening dinners and breakfast were sensational that showcase local produce - with some of the dinners being some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. Brilliant central location that was well connected but still felt secure and private. Spa facilities were really well cared for and were perfect for relaxation.
- Michala215 (10/5): Absolutely stunning - We had an absolutely lovely time at this beautiful and unique hotel from the point of our check-in until check-out. The dining experience of the 5-course meals was really good and each dish was delicious. Compliment to the chef! Breakfast offered a variety of good products. We enjoyed the wellness area, particularly four different saunas. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, special mention to Erik and Nico for their professional service. The only downside was no kettle in the room.

The food was excellent with a large breakfast selection with quality produce and a 5 course evening meal which varied daily. The bar staff were brilliant and made some really fantastic beverages to our taste. The pool area was superb too, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options for all weathers. The pool was kept very clean and maintained at a perfect swimming temperature. We spent a lot of our time here during the afternoons relaxing. We enjoyed everything.
