• Bruna Carvalho (8/5): - Adorei me hospedar neste lugar — o espaço é aconchegante e bem localizado. No entanto, gostaria de deixar três observações importantes abaixo para futuros hóspedes. No geral, a experiência foi positiva e a hospedagem tem potencial para ser excelente com os pontos mencionados ajustados. 1. Foi cobrada uma taxa de €25 para a entrega da chave no momento da chegada. A justificativa foi de "check-in", porém o check-in já havia sido realizado previamente de forma online. Além disso, a entrega da chave levou menos de 5 minutos, pois a pessoa apenas deixou a chave e saiu. 2. Um dos banheiros estava inutilizável, pois os ralos da pia e do chuveiro não suportavam nem um minuto de água ligada, causando alagamento imediato. 3. O chuveiro possui água quente, porém se utilizado por mais tempo ou em banhos consecutivos, a temperatura acaba ficando morna para fria.

• Busse (8/5): - Die Lage des Apartments war sehr zentral und alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren gut erreichbar. Es war eine sehr schöne Gegend, sehr sauber und es waren viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Bummeln. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, dass die Kücheneinrichtung sehr sperrlich war ,der Abfluss im Bad verstopft war und das der Lärmpegel im Haus teilweise sehr laut war.
• Gabi (8/5): - Die Wohnung war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Küche war für 5 Personen überhaupt nicht geeignet. Gabeln 3, Löffel 2, Gläser 3, Tassen 3 und eine Kaffeemaschine ohne Glaskanne. Ich hab meine Ansprechpartnerin der SH Barcelona Vermietung diesbezüglich angeschrieben und keine Antwort bekommen. Wir haben dann in Einwegplastikbesteck und Becher investiert.
• Katarina (8/5): Fräsch lägenhet i trevligt område. - Bra läge i trevligt område med restauranger, caféer och nära till metrostation. Ren och fräsch lägenhet. Sköna sängar. Fräscht kök med fungerande avlopp och diskmaskin. I badrummet som låg i anslutning till sovrum, där fungerade avloppet till handfatet och duschen inte riktigt, det rann ut men väldigt långsamt... felkonstruktion? Köket dåligt utrustat med få skedar, gafflar och bara 3 glas. Vi blev oskyldigt utskällda av grannar första kvällen, de ringde först på porttelefonen för att fortsätta ringa på dörren och skrek hysteriskt att vi lämnat hissdörren öppen.

• Canan (3/5): Overall a disappointing stay despite the apartment’s potential. - Overall, the apartment has potential due to its size and layout BUT improvements in cleanliness, kitchen supplies, and basic guest comfort would make a big difference. Key Handover and Transportation: Before our arrival, we were informed that the key handover would be at 12:00, so we arranged our meeting time accordingly. However, 20 minutes before 12:00, the person who was supposed to hand over the keys called and said they did not want to wait and that we should come immediately. This rush was quite stressful for us, especially with three children. In addition, the metro station near the house was not working, which made transportation very difficult, and it was about an 18–20-minute walk to the nearest metro station. Cleanliness and Room Condition: The drain in the bathroom connected to the bedroom was completely clogged!!!, making it impossible to take a shower. We reported this, and someone came within half an hour, but the issue was not resolved, and the bathroom remained unusable for the entire stay. There were stains in the bathroom and on some walls, and overall cleanliness was insufficient. Moreover, the person handing over the keys entered the house with their shoes on, walking into all the rooms, while we had removed our shoes. Kitchen Equipment: Although there were many utensils in the kitchen, basic items such as salt and pepper were missing. There was not even a chopping board for onions. Only one dishwasher tablet and one laundry detergent capsule were provided, which was insufficient for a 5-day stay. The number of glasses was very limited, requiring constant washing. For guests who plan to cook, the kitchen equipment falls short of expectations. Keys and Access: No spare key was provided; we had to use only one key. This was impractical when more than one person wanted to go out at different times. Comfort: The pillows were too high and uncomfortable, and the beds were not great in terms of comfort.

• Amanda (8/5): Perfect place to stay for a city trip! - The location was absolutely perfect, with plenty of nice restaurants just around the corner. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definately book again! The walls are pretty thin and therefore in the morning a bit noisy.
• Merlusca (5/5): close to not acceptable. the price and the area are fine, the rest is questionable, at most. - the neighbourhood is great bedsheets were not clean and the answer we got when complaining was not acceptable. the apartment was not very clean, dust was all over the place. the air conditioning was not working so we froze the first night. this was fixed after our complaint. the guest interaction system is slow and often you are under the impression they ignore you. communication is mixed - english and spanish/catalan - wich makes it difficult to interact with them.

• Janaina (7/5): Spacious, but not problem-free - The location is very nice, near the subway and stores. The flat is spacious, with balcony, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The coffee machine was broken. We had to buy a piece for it, in order to get a fast solution. The door of one room was broken and one of the gast got stuck inside. There was no enough hot water for all gasts (no one told us that taking shower in sequence could cause this unpleasant situation). The process of reservation is bureaucratic.
• Brenda (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect with sights, food, and shops so close by. The apartment was awesome, and our host Aline was very helpful sorting out any issues that came up and recommending sights to visit, bakery, and restaurants. The hot water was only enough for 2 or 3 to bath at a time, so plan to space out bath time. If you cone with a large group.
