• Ceylan (9/5): Sehr gemütlich! - Wir waren zwei Familien mit jeweils einem Kind und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie war schön, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die zwei WCs sowie die vorhandenen Duschen – ideal für Familien. Die Lage der Wohnung war ebenfalls hervorragend: Die Akropolis war gut erreichbar, und rund 80 % unserer Wege konnten wir bequem zu Fuss zurücklegen. Die Stadt selbst hat unglaublich viel zu bieten, und die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Familienaufenthalt braucht. Der Kontakt mit der Wohnungsbesitzerin verlief unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Valentina war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen jederzeit gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank dafür! Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war der Motorradlärm in der Nacht, da die Fenster etwas hellhörig sind. Ansonsten ist das Quartier jedoch eher ruhig.

• Ioannou (8/5): Very Happy. Clean and Spacious , - Clean and Spacious with all new fixtures and utilities, Location is close to all means of public transport and shops are only a few minutes walk. Would definitely stay again. A bit noisy from the delivery supermarket next door. but it is expected from the Center of Athens
• Davida (10/5): - The host kept us informed of how to collect and get the keys. She made it easy and fuss free to get into the apartment. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious, and very well equipped. From the bathrooms ot the kitchen, every detail was thought of. I highly recommend this apartment. It is well situated close to the Fix Metro, Tram and bus station and an easy walk to the Plaka Old town area.

• Valerie (10/5): Super appartement pour un séjour réussi à Athènes - Grand appartement,très fonctionnel. 2 grandes chambres,deux salles de bains complètes et une salle de séjour énorme donnant sur un grand balcon. L’emplacement était super pour visiter la ville,environ 10-15min de marche du Musée de l’Acropole et de ce quartier animé de la ville. Plusieurs petits cafés et restaurants à proximité. Un excellent choix pour les familles et les groupes. Il n’y a pas d’espace de stationnement contrairement aux indications sur booking. Il y a toutefois plusieurs parkings à proximité car le parking sur la rue n’est jamais vraiment possible.

• Ioannis (7/5): It is not a bad place but I felt that overall it was overpriced. - New apartment of good quality with two nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Good for a family to stay. There is no private parking upon reservation and the statement in the booking is misleading. The area is also a bit dark without many shops around.
• Yavuz (10/5): If you are looking for a comfortable and clean home, this is your address. - The apartment is newly constructed. The flat is very new and clean. The interior and the building have a pleasant scent. The air conditioners are new and work well. Most of the furniture is almost brand new. The rooms and the living room are spacious and functional. The flat is on the first floor and has a balcony. The area is as safe as it gets for Athens. It is very close to the Sygrou Fix metro station, from where you can reach all the city's tourist spots without staying under the sun. The Acropolis is within walking distance. There is a chain supermarket nearby for shopping. The neighborhood is generally quiet. There is a private parking lot right across the building. You can always find a parking spot on the streets. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave. There is a washing machine and detergent available. The beds are very comfortable (second gold medal). The TV is new but requires a Netflix subscription. There are electric shutters, so you can have complete darkness if you wish to sleep. The fridge is large and had cold water and white wine inside. There was a robot vacuum cleaner for cleaning the floors. One of the rooms has an extra shower. The hot water and water pressure in the bathroom were excellent. The drainage also worked well. There is a bidet in the toilet, which was the most important feature for me (first gold medal). The wifi speed and signal force was perfect. The room keys are in a coded box at the building entrance. You receive the code before you arrive, so you can take the keys and enter the room without waiting for the host or needing to arrive at a specific time. I wrote the cons to inform both potential guests and the host. If I come to Athens again, I would like to stay here because this place gives me a sense of comfort. *I kept my message in this section long as a kind of information for the guests. Don't be intimidated by seeing a long article. The neighborhood is safe, but don't expect too much from the ambiance. There is a remote grocery warehouse in the building opposite, and many trucks carrying supplies are constantly coming for this warehouse. The Booking page states that the building has a parking space, but upon arrival, you should know that the three spaces under the building are occupied by others, and you cannot use them. There is a ramped, open parking space for one car right at the building entrance. However, on the day I arrived, there was an air conditioner installation work in the apartment above, and I was concerned that something might accidentally fall on my car, so I decided not to park there. But you can use it if it's available. When I reserved the flat, I considered the building's parking space as a selective factor, but after hearing from friends who had been to Athens before, I planned to leave my car in a paid, closed parking lot for safety reasons. However, the area felt safe, so parking on the curbside visible from the balcony was not an issue. Unfortunately, the electric stove in the room did not work despite our efforts. We managed with the oven and microwave and I reported it to the host. Since I have used the same brand of oven, I believe there is an issue with the device. The flat has so many great amenities, the neighborhood noise is minimal but luckily for us there was fiber infrastructure work and we were waking up to the noise of construction equipment from the morning hours. The good thing is that there will be no such problem for those who will stay after us, so the little negative aspects didn't bother me.
