• Srihari (10/5): Exceptional - Host was available and attentive to the visitors needs . They have put in thought and efforts to make the stay pleasant and comfortable. Was the best host in almost 20yrs of our travels. Not a complaint but just a heads up that these are decades old apartments that are renovated . They are clean and maintained well but don’t compare to new builds and have expectations accordingly. There is road noise at night just use ear plugs.

• Katerina (7/5): Good - Big , specious apartment in excellent location ! Friendly and helpful staff ! Antonietta was very helpful and responsive ! Photos are not matching with reality . Even though it’s a spacious apartment, lots of details are not taken care. Walls were really dirty , table cloth really old and torn out , details that for me made a lot of difference. Also I have to mention the check in process which at least for me personally was not customer friendly at all. It is made online, there is an option for meet and greed as well but you have to pay extra money (!) . The online registration is not simple nor easy . Summing up I would say that it is a good, very convenient apartment but needs to be taken care !
• Selina (8/5): The host was very friendly and responsive and kept in touch throughout stay. - Clean and comfortable beds, great location as very close to main station Roma Termini where there are lots of shops. Also easy to catch the airport bus to the station. Well sized rooms and sufficient for 6 adults. The noise outside wasn’t well insulated but I got used to it by the second night. Shower cubicle could be a bit bigger.

• Bela (9/5): Superb - Clean and big rooms, very comfortable beds. The location was good for us with easy access to bus, metro stations to the main attractions. I really liked attention to details - cleaning products in the kitchen and very nice shampoo, two hairdryers. The host was excellent - checking in and very attentive. Coffee for the coffee machine to make it fresh every morning. All in all a great stay! Slipers would be a nice touch as in winter it is cold to walk around the appartement bearfoot. The kitchen table and chairs could be a little bigger, softer and more welcoming. The lighting in the kitchen was also a little dim and hard for eyes. Sorry I am concentrating on the kitchen with these details but as a family our gathering place to have breakfast and dinner is always the kitchen. Everything else is great.

• Joy (9/5): Great property! 100% would recommend, especially with teenagers, plenty of room for their own space. And the balcony mak - The property was perfect location for where all we were roaming to view sites. We LOVED the balcony every night, and the access around the area to mini marts, restaurants, and cafes. Size wise was perfect, as we didn’t hang out in the rooms during the day, so I can’t say the size impacted anything about our stay. We typically try to stay close enough to the transit stations, where I still feel safe and can easily access landmarks, and this place was ideal for that. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The lovely gift of wine was well received after a long day of travel. While there might seem a nuisance of disposing of your own trash before checkout, the bins are right out front so it was an easy drop off on the way out. I read previous reviews about the noise at night, and yes you hear things, but if you are use to a big city night then it will not really bother you. Check in and out seems like a process, but it isn’t, once you go through it, it is seamless. My only complaint would be that there is mold in the shower that needs a deep cleaning, and with it being as small as it is, I was more aware of it. Even with that, I would highly suggest this location and would stay again. I did not give it a 10 because it was not in pristine condition, it’s worn not terribly but enough to not be “new like”, but that didn’t bother me, as we were traveling with kids and know they are messy.

• Grant (9/5): Wonderful location, beautiful space, a bit pricey and noisy, but great stay overall. - Location is fantastic. We picked it for our last night in Rome, so being near Roma Termini was important, and it met that requirement. We easily walked to food establishments the night of arrival and Villa Borghese the day of our departure. It's a very nice, well appointed space. The detailed manual was nice. The host was also flexible with us to leave bags later on departure day so we could explore more. I also appreciated the notes about being considerate of the other tenants of the property. The check-in process was a bit intense. It also fronts a busy street, so it's quite loud at night.
• Issany (10/5): Very good family apartment, well located, clean and excellent service - It is spacious, comfortable and practical for our family of two adults and three young children. We liked the fact to have real comfortable beds available for everyone. We loved spending our evenings on the little terrace, after the kids went to bed, with our appetizers ordered from the restaurant just below the apartment. There are several little emergency shops and restaurants around, for all budgets, that are open until late, which is extremely practical. There is no real need to cook. Several buses connect the street to the very center. The property is well located. The street is safe. We loved staying there. We got an excellent service from the rental agency. I just think it is a bit expensive for what it is. We stayed in a bigger and more luxurious and better located apartment in Venice for a much cheaper price. And we had also got a concierge service along with it. Nothing! It’s been really nice to stay there. We felt at home.
• Ardelean (10/5): Exceptional - We had a very pleasant stay. Great location, very safe naiborhood, close to the main train station, walking distance to main attractions in Rome. Good shopping streets. Exalent Italian restaurant just under the building. There are more restaurants on the street, even vigen food. Hosts were just wonderful. Very good communication and helpful with any questions we had. Keyless door, very easy to get in. The apartment has a balcony and lift.
