There is loud construction almost every morning and the shutters don’t close adequately so you wake up early due to the bright light and loud noise. There is no aircon so it gets very hot even with the 2 fans on. You can’t have the windows open over night to help due to bugs flying in
• stephen (4/5): - Listing needs to be updatedxto say that major upgrades are being done on the property. We had drilling directly above us all day every day. You also need to put the carpaek clearance on your listing. We have a fairly standard sized car and we could not fit in the 1.7m clearance carpark and had to park on the street, well a couple of streets away most of the time as most spots were taken mlst of the time. The apartment itself was a bit run down and needs a few things done to freshen it up. The quilt on the bed???? Please just throw it out and get a new one, It has stains all over it. The location is the only saving grace for this place, 5 minutes walk and youre on Cavill Ave.

The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and provided all the comforts one could wish for. The hotel room was top-notch and the convenience of having a kitchen and laundry in the room was a nice touch to our stay. The location was perfect, offering easy access to Cavill Ave and the beach. Overall, Condor exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.
