• Huey (8/5): Good location. - Good location. 15min walk to Paddington Station. Shorter walk to Bayswater and Queensway Stations. More shops and bakeries at Bayswater area. Model of washing machine (setting is standard cotton wash) requires 2h30min. Model of dryer requires another 2h (setting is standard). Prepare to do laundry for about 5h. Otherwise, all else is as what others have reviewed. Some renovation work going on upstairs with drilling. Can hear upstairs neighbours moving about and flushing toilets.
• Kathryn (9/5): Great location, lots of space. - Location, lots of space, good communication with host. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Door to flat not easy to open, have to use your hip to get it unstuck. The bunk beds were smaller than expected .

• Eoin (9/5): Great location, great appartment, perfect for our family of 5 - Great location, close to transport, parks, shops and restaurants. Host was great in her communication and efforts to help. Appartment was clean and very comfortable, our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay there A few minor issues, but it’s just nitpicking.

• Sarah (9/5): Lovely apartment, great location, responsive host. - Lovely flat in a great location. Close to Central/ district/ circle lines, Hyde Park and lots of restaurants/ cafes. Supermarket just a 3-5 min walk. Apartment is well appointed with comfy beds, kitchen equipment etc. Communication with host was very easy and responsive. Front door was a bit sticky and stiff.

Is of Good size for family with 3 bedrooms (one of them with bunk beds and toys/ books for kids ) , very tastefully decorated, with books and framed art all around , kitchen has stove/oven/micro/nespresso machine/ water kettle and 2 wssher /drayers. Its located in a nice quiet location in walking distance to 3 small grocery stores and many cafes/ restaurants and underground stations/ bus stops and hyde park easyto walk to. Heaters worked perfectly (December/jan visit) Trash disposa location l not clear so just kept it in kitchen as instructed Please include picture of location in bookings / of the entrance as its behind a brick wall and not seen from street clearly

• Siv (9/5): Perfect for families! - Perfect family place! Short walk to grocery stores and with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast, lunch and dinner can easily be made “at home”.

Ground floor flat meant people were buzzing at the door a fair bit to get let into the building which was annoying but not that big of a deal.

• Darren (10/5): Excellent accommodation - Flat had everything to accommodate us comfortably and was in a great location. Close to the TUBE and amenities. Great communication with the people we were dealing with and responsive to questions and requests, allowing early checkin and late checkout. Would highly recommend this accommodation to fellow travellers. Nothing to add here. Flat was excellent.
