- Bide (8/5): Great experience in Whistler! - The location was excellent. Place was clean w comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub were a nice addition. Safe secure parking. No air conditioning! Lot of stairs!

Fridge, baseboards/radiators, cabinet fronts and handles, walls, drawers in the kitchen had crumbs in them, when we opened the window of the main bedroom, it appears to have black mould growing and dirty paper towel stuffed in the screen.

The property had some towels for the hot tub and pool I think it was good
But some plates smell bad, and we should wash them before use, and we always wash them in all of our travels

There was only one key card to access the pool, the parking lot and the bin house so it made it fiddly for separate members of the group to engage in separate activities.

- Krista (3/5): we would not ever rent here again it was not a good experience. - proximity to village and event we were attending. The highway noise bothered all guests when trying to sleep- earl plugs were purchased and required. The Town house was not very clean upon entry , bathroom had drip marks and dirty mirrors and baseboards. Some of the bedding had body odour on it so we had to launder and clean them , we had to bbq in the dark-because the patio lights were burnt out and patio glass was dirty with greasy hand prints. The dining room table had greasy hand prints all over it and chairs. The door code timed out 15 min before our checkout time so we were locked out of the unit while trying to vacate. We were forced to stand outside for an hour waiting to make contact with the owners and regain access to get the rest of our bags. The pool area was run down and in need of cosmetic upgrades.( chipped tiles and paint, leaves and debris in water ). There were so many little things not right that it made our vacation stressful and especially embarrassing for the host of the weekend. We were offered only $150 rebate on an $890 stay.
