When we asked to change the situation, they moved us somewhere even worse, this is the worst hotel in our 25 years of traveling. šiame viešbutyje jūs neturėsit poilsio!!! Paprašius pakeisti situaciją, mus perkėlė kur dar blogiau,nors tikino kad bus geriau, tai blogiausias viešbutis per mūsų 25 metus kelionių. В этом отеле вы не будете иметь отдыха!!! При просьбе улучшить ситуацию, нас переселили где ище хуже, хотя уверяли в обратном, это худший отель за наши 25 лет путешествий.

I wouldnt say the staff were unfriendly but they werent overly friendly either. They also insisted on the day before i arrived on me paying them in cash which led to a bit of a stand-off. Eventually they accepted a credit card.

- Ahmet (10/5): 5 gece kaldık çok memnun kaldık. - Çalışanların ilgisi çok güzeldi her konuda yardımcı oldular gönülden ve isteyerek. Kahvaltı sonuna sıcak yemeklerden kalmazsa hemen tazesini yapıp özellikle getirdiler bunu yapan hanıma özellikle teşekkür ederiz. 5 gece kaldık her gün temizlik isteyip istemediğimizi sordular. Konum çok iyi metroya yakın hem içerişeher bölgesinin içinde her yere kolay ulaşım sağlayabiliyorsunuz. Banyoda ayrı şampuan ve duş için sabun veya jel olabilirdi. Şampuan vardı ama paketin içinde ayrı değildi.

Tuvaletin oturulan kısmı kırıktı. Banyo başlığı dışarıyı ıslatıyordu. Ses izolasyonu konusunda odalar çok kötü adeta yan tarafta ne konuşuluyorsa fısıltı dahi duyuluyor.

L'emplacement est imbattable, avec la station de métro à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Voici ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié : • L'accueil exceptionnel : Les réceptionnistes sont extrêmement courtois, aimables et toujours prêts à rendre service au moindre besoin. • Flexibilité au top : Arrivant d'un vol de nuit, nous avons été ravis de pouvoir faire un check-in anticipé. L'une de nos deux chambres était déjà prête le matin, ce qui est un vrai plus ! • Le petit-déjeuner : Un buffet très complet avec un beau choix d'options sucrées classiques et de spécialités salées. • Le confort : L'hôtel est très calme et dispose d'un ascenseur. Ils proposent également de garder les bagages en toute sécurité. C’est un sans-faute pour nous. Nous y retournons d'ailleurs dans trois jours avec grand plaisir ! Hautement recommandé. - Ufuk (10/5): - Otelin konumu harikaydı. Tarihi mekanın tam ortasında bir konumdaydı. Metro istasyonuma çok çok yakındı. Dekorasyonu çok güzeldi. Personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve yeterliydi.
- Katalin (10/5): Csodálatos hely, csak ajánlani tudjuk! - Kiváló elhelyezkedés, remek, változatos, helyi alapanyagokban bővelkedő reggeli, kényelmes ágy, és a King szobából pazar kilátás. A szobában jó meleg volt, a minibárban cukor, tea, volt vízforraló és teáscsésze is. A fürdőszobában még fogkefével és fogkrémmel, és egyéb apróságokkal is kedveskedtek, és nem hiányzott a hajszárító sem. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, az utolsó napunkon csomagmegőrzést is vállaltak. Örömmel térünk majd vissza. A mosdó csapja, illetve a kád megérett a cserére. Nagyon tiszta volt minden, de ez a két felszerelés láthatóan elhasználódott.

- Elena (6/5): На одну ночь терпимо - Расположение в старом городе Постельное белье в катышках и с чужими волосами. Сотрудник честно пытался заменить нам постельное белье, но его видимо так стирают, что на нем остаются чужие волосы. В целом, оно довольно изношено и требует обновления.

- Akgul (3/5): - Konumu gayet iyi Süit odaydı fakat jakuzi çalışmıyordu sıcak su yerine soğuk su akıyordu, yatak üstü saçlar vardı ütünün paralı olması ilk defa karşılatıgımız saçma bir durumda ve özellikle ilk gece sesten uyuyamadık sabaha kadar üst kattan sesler geldi ve ilgilenilmedi bu durumla
- Hulya (10/5): Başka otel bakmayın bile en iyisi bu - Otelden çok memnun kaldık anlatıyorum toplanın. Kahvaltısı boldu lezzetli ve tazeydi. (Peynir çeşitleri krem peynir beyaz peynir taze peynir kaşar peynir, zeytin, tereyağı, bal, yumurta, salatalık, domates, mısır gevrekleri, süt, çay, meyve suyu, meyveli yoğurt, salam çeşitleri, sosis, kızarmış patates ve taze meyve) kahvaltıda çeşit az diyenler siz başka otelde kaldınız bence. Temizliğinden de çok ama çok memnun kaldık. Konumu zaten muhteşem. Bir daha gelince düşünmeden yine bu oteli tercih ederim. Her şey için teşekkürler.

- varvara (10/5): - Очень уютный отель! Небольшой, но все необходимое есть☺️жили в номере люкс с террасой-большой номер с огромной террасой с джакузи) Хороший завтрак-голодным точно не останешься. По сравнению с другими близлежайшими отелями ( опыт был) такой же категории завтрак тут очень даже хорош. Все было хорошо

- Olga (8/5): Accogliente e in posizione strategica - Stanze piccoline ma molto accoglienti e con letto comodo, d’altronde ci si va solo per una doccia e riposare sul letto. Poi si è liberi di scendere nella fantastica hall e godersi un pasto o un semplice tè caldo! Colazione continentale gustosa, a mio parere senza molto spreco data la scelta di piatti che qualcuno definirebbe “limitata” ma secondo me più che adeguata, frutta, dolce e salato. Staff gentile! Unica piccola pecca,comune negli alberghi un po’ piccolini di dimensioni (dato che è dentro un edificio di importanza storica della Old Baku): doccia senza piatto doccia ma con soltanto la tendina. Questo comporta che il bagno si allaghi. Capisco la necessità di tale scelta ma suggerisco in questo caso di mettere in bagno una “scopa” piccola con cui dopo la doccia spingere meglio l’acqua nello scarico :)
