• Magdalena (7/5): - Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko plaża i dużo placów zabaw 😁 Kanapa w salonie wymaga wymiany. Niestety apartament nie był posprzątany. Gospodarz zaproponował dodatkowe sprzątanie, jednak i tak musieliśmy posprzątać w dniu przyjazdu.

The location is excellent—close to the city center, beaches, restaurants, and local attractions—making it easy to explore Málaga while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable place to relax. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay, from a fully functional kitchen to a very comfortable bed. What truly made the experience special was the attention to detail and the care shown by the host. Communication was smooth, friendly, and professional, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We would highly recommend Sunny Art Apartment to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and sunny home away from home in Málaga. We would happily stay here again!

• Jennifer (6/5): Convenient and comfortable - Great location for us, near our family. Spacious living area. Comfortable bedroom. Easy walking distance to shops and the beach. Close to the bus stop to get to city centre (c25 mins) We stayed 11 nights and the apartment was not really geared up for that in terms of cooking and cleaning equipment. The host did respond to our requests to get us some additional items. It would be helpful to be clear that the swimming pool is seasonal.

• Luca (9/5): - La piscina, la terrazza, il posto auto raggiungibile direttamente con ascensore, la vicinanza alla spiaggia e a molti ristoranti ottimi. Peccato per la macchinetta del caffè non operativa.
• Francisco José (4/5): Buen apartamento con gestión nefasta. - La ubicación, buena zona, la piscina está genial y es un extra. El servicio prestado por parte de las personas gestoras es decepcionante, las almohadas del sofá cama, una funda con esponja picada, muy incómodas. No es achacable al apartamento como tal, pero el trato recibido fue increíblemente malo. Tuve un problema con la supuesta seguridad de la cerradura inteligente, que se gestiona desde un enlace en el móvil.......... , pusieron en entredicho mis alegaciones, negándose a personarse en el apartamento para comprobarlo.

• Slavica (8/5): - The apartment is close to the beach, new and clean, the complex is well-maintained, and the pool meant a lot to us. Entering the apartment was stressful — you are greeted by an entry app, not staff. There should be more kitchenware, like a kettle, for example. When we had questions, ChatGPT and the neighbors were more helpful than the staff.

Plásticos y envoltorios por debajo - La localización e instalaciones Falta de limpieza y camas sin mudar Baño sucio con pelos a pesar de tener un precinto de higienizado. Campana estractora goteando aceite. Extractores de aire nunca se limpiaron.

• Thomas (10/5): Perfect! - The location is perfect, next to the supermarket and beach. City center/airport is only 10 minutes by car. Accommodation and building is new and well maintained.
• Yuliia (9/5): Amazing apartment for those who came for the sun and the sea! - It’s clean, stylish and very comfortable. One block from the beach, 30 meters from a supermarket, 30 meters from a bus stop to the city center (15-20 mins). Communication is great, my flight got delayed and I had to checking around 10 pm - and it was no problem. Extra bonus - comfortable mattress and pillow During my stay it appeared that the shower was leaking to neighbors’ ceiling - but plumbers got it and put hermetic on, so whoever is staying after should be completely fine

• Nadir (5/5): Great location, modern apartment and building, but check-in was a mess and no towels provided. - Not really, we arrived late so we had to use the automatic checkin, which only works with an internet connection, which we didn't have: the property should have given us the Wifi code before so we could use the system from in front of the door. The check in was a mess, the host was supposed to come the next day to meet us but came one day after, and the process was very annoying, we had to show our IDs, which is normal, but also fill out a form online and in person.
