• Lincicome (3/5): Wouldn’t stay again. - Location was good as we wanted to be near Milano Centrale. Residence wasn’t as clean as I would like. Under the bed had months of dust build up and unit reeked of smoke and an aroma I can only guess was used to try and cover it up. The security shutters were down with no instructions on how to raise them so no natural light either.

• Ching-Lan (10/5): - I went to their office to pay the city tax. There was a slight communication problem at first, as the staff member wasn't entirely familiar with the situation. The address was fine; it was a 10-minute walk to Milano Centrale. The apartment was as pictured—bright, cozy, and generally tidy. However, the microwave hadn't been cleaned, and there were still popsicles left in the refrigerator. The dishes looked like they needed washing before use. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff forgot to leave a dish sponge; it wasn't delivered until noon the next day. One side of the bed was sunken and not flat. Even so, I felt at home.

• Beata (10/5): Pobyt w pełni udany… polecam - Apartament w pełni wyposażony. Mydło w kostce, żel do mycia, suszarka do włosów, komplet miękkich ręczników, żelazko, w kuchni naczynia, toster, blender, ekspres do kawy i kapsułki, ręcznik papierowy. Miłym akcentem był zestaw składający się z saszetki płynu do naczyń, gąbki, ściereczki i kostki do zmywarki. Jak dla mnie lokalizacja była idealna. Blisko dworzec centralny, idealny gdy w nocy musisz jechać na lotnisko. Na plac duomo spokojnie można dojść nogami. Stelaż pod materacem spadał.
• Jun Yi (10/5): Modern and Well appointed apartment. - Room was very well appointed and clean. The kitchen had utensils and general wares for cooking meals. Blacony overlooking the boulevard was amazing. There is a grocery store right across from the apartment which was very convenient. Close to the train and subway stations. The air conditioning was barely strong enough for our stay, but it was during the hottest days of the year (39C).
• Irma (10/5): Super clean , well appointed, close to station with easy storage for bags post check out! - Super clean, location close to the Central Station in Milan. Superette across the road, good gelato at the bottom of the apartment , easy to get to Dumo. Over the road there is a Lock Key self check in storage for bags, easy to book and operate if you have to travel on day of check out. Good communication, nice soft big towels, coffee for breakfast. Well appointed and a lovely stay thank you. Nothing

• Sylvia (10/5): alles bico bello 👍🏻 - tolles appartement. vor dem haus sind tramhaltestellen und man ist schnell in der city. self-checkin und -out ging problemlos. der lift ist sehr klein und bei der anreise stand irgendwo die türe offen und blockierte den aufzug. zu fuss mit gepäck in den 4. stock braucht gute kondition 😁 trotz viel und teilweise lautem verkehr vor dem haus war gutes schlafen dank den guten fenstern möglich. air condition funktionierte bestens. somit alles bestens - gracie mille. nichts

• Agata (9/5): Ottima esperienza - La struttura è molto comoda, pulita e con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. È a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale, dalla metro e con il tram sotto casa. In zona ci sono tanti bar, ristoranti e supermercati. Insomma ci siamo trovati proprio bene! Avrei messo una mensolina dentro la doccia per poggiare shampoo e doccia schiuma e qualche appendino fuori per appendere gli asciugamani.

Czysto, przestronnie, wyposażony w dosłownie wszystko (pralka, zmywarka, żelazko, mikrofalówka, klimatyzacja, wszelkie kieliszki i akcesoria kuchenne itp). Dobra lokalizacja między dwoma głównymi dworcami Milano Centrale i San Garibaldi. Specerkiem do Duomo ok 30 minut. Pod budynkiem przystanek tramwaju nr 1 i 5, lodziarnia czynna do bardzo późna i Carrefour express. Wszystko było super

• Boyka (10/5): A very pleasant place even for a longer stay - The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the central train station; there are many restaurants in on the street and in the neighborhood; there is an Gelateria on the ground floor of the building, and a Carrefour next door. There's a tram stop in front of the building - tram No.1 takes you to Teatro alla Scala and the Duomo in a few minutes; these trams are unique, retro, it is quite amazing that nearly 100 years old streetcars are still providing daily service. It's good to know that there's a cafe in the back street, which also has a luggage storage room (although we used the one at the station, it was more convenient and cheaper). The apartment is spacious, cozy, well-furnished, comfortable bed and pillows, and there's a lovely small terrace under the shade of tall trees. Well equipped kitchen, and there is a coffee machine with enough coffee capsules for our stay; it's very clean, I was impressed that the sponge, schwammtuch and dishwashing detergent were in individual packaging. There is an elevator in the building. There was a misunderstanding with the service staff in the beginning. А week before our arrival I filled out the form online and sent additional documents on WhatsApp, I also paid the tourist tax. And the day before our check-in while I was already on my way to Italy, I received an e-mail saying that I would not receive the check-in instructions because I had not filled out the form. After a short communication on WhatsApp we clarified things, however I received the instructions much later. Nothing fatal happened, but it was quite nerve-wracking for me. Otherwise, self-check-in and check-out are impeccably easy.

To begin with, the intercom to open the street door, it wasn’t working, we had to wait for other residents going out to be able to enter the building. The second thing and biggest one for us, there was no WiFi, we said that to the host and he told us two days in a row that they will bring a modem and the two days he said later: sorry, it wasn’t possible to bring one today. That’s unprofessional, we were traveling for work so we ended up paying way more in mobile data.
