• Oksana (6/5): This appartment is only good for short stay 2-4 days but not for weeks and months. - Bed was supper comfortable Apartment was supper small, but very well done. There is no chest of drawers and only very tiny wardrobe with 2 hangers. Not for long stay. Also it has mentioned that there is Netflix, which didn’t work. As well as, mentioned that all the toiletries provided toilet paper 2 rolls for entire 2 weeks of stay, and 1 bin bag that was already inside the bin, I had to buy my own as the owner said it is only starter pack provided. I have never come across where I had to buy bin bags for the holiday apartment and I have stayed in a lot of airbnbs.
• Μαρίνα (10/5): - Φανταστική θέση δίπλα στο μετρό Πανόρμου με ο,τι χρειάζεται κανείς δίπλα. Σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακείο, τα πάντα! Επίσης το σπίτι είναι πολύ βολικό, έχει ο,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς και προσωπικά μας βόλεψε ιδιαιτέρως. Όλα μέσα είναι καινούργια, είναι πάρα πολύ καθαρό και ο ιδιοκτήτης εξαιρετικά συνεργάσιμος και ευγενικός.

• ΕΛΙΣΑΒΕΤ (10/5): - Πολυ όμορφο δωμάτιο, πολυ κοντα στο μετρο κ στο κεντρο της Αθήνας. Προσωπικα με βολεψε παρα πολυ κ θα το επελεγα ξανα! Το σίδερο για τα ρούχα χρειάζεται είτε αλλαγή είτε καθαρισμό. Στην προσπάθειά μου να σιδερωσω, άφησε μια μεγάλη μαυρίλα επανω στο λευκό μου μπλουζάκι. Δεν ξερω αν βγαινει, το ελπιζω...
• Panos (10/5): Εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης,όμορφο κατάλυμα - Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία Όμορφο καθαρό περιποιημένο Θα μπορούσε να έχει κάποια κρεμάστρα και ίσως κάποιο χαλί για τους χειμερινούς μήνες Πάραυτα όλα ήταν πολύ καλά και θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα
• Ippokratis (10/5): - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο μετρό. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και οι φωτογραφίες άκρως αντιπροσωπευτικές. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά.
• David (9/5): - The Location was Excellent. There was a supermarket across the street, a bakery within 1 minute on foot, and the metro in 3-5 minutes on foot. The host was also very nice and friendly, providing also multiple tips regarding Athens in general, and was also eager to help with any questions we had. The apartment itself is very nice, clean and comfortable, providing all the necessary facilities.

• Myria (6/5): - Το δωματιο δεν καθαρίστηκε ποτέ 9 βραδιά και οταν εστηλα μηνυμα στον οικοδεσπότη μου ειπε ότι θέλει €50 για να το καθαρίσει πετσέτες ειχε μόνο μια το κάθε άτομα για 9 διαμονες

• Gianna (10/5): Ήταν όλα τέλεια, θα το προτιμήσω ξανά σίγουρα στο μέλλον και θα το προτείνω και σε άλλους - πολύ εύκολη τοποθεσία και πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό του μετρό δεν υπήρξε κάτι που δεν μου άρεσε
• Maryna (10/5): Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ ωραίο,καθαρό. Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι πολύ ευγενικός είχαμε άμεση επικοινωνία. -
• Μερόπη (10/5): Υπέροχο - Καταρχάς, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Με το που μπαίνεις, καταλαβαίνεις την καθαριότητα - αστράφτει!! Αν κ ισόγειο, δεν υπάρχει υγρασία κ από θέμα ασφάλειας, ήταν πολύ καλά μελετημένο: ηλεκτρικά ρολά στα παράθυρα, θυροτηλέφωνο με οθόνη, πόρτα ασφαλείας που μπορούσε να κλειδώσει με κωδικό. Επίσης καλή θέρμανση του χώρου με air condition κ αεροθερμο στο μπάνιο. Σαφής οδηγίες για όλες τις συσκευές κ διαθέσιμος ο ιδιοκτήτης να απαντήσει κ να βοηθήσει σε οποιαδήποτε περίπτωση! Το κουζινακι δεν το χρησιμοποίησα, αλλά αν κρίνω από τα υπόλοιπα, θα είναι μια χαρά. Ταλαιπωρημένη από το ταξίδι, τα νερακια στο ψυγείο ήταν μια καλή πράξη! Όσον αφορά το κρεβάτι κ την τηλεόραση, οι φωτογραφίες μιλούν από μόνες τους! Οι μικρές λεπτομέρειες όπως αεροστοπ στην εξώπορτα, first aid kit, extra χαρτί υγείας κ σακούλες κάδου, καθρέφτης με φως κ η προσωπική επικοινωνία που είχα με τον ιδιοκτήτη, δείχνουν ανθρώπους που σέβονται κ φροντίζουν τον φιλοξενούμενό τους. Νομίζω ότι θα ήταν πρακτικό να υπήρχε μια κρεμαστρα για τα μπουφάν, κάπου δίπλα απ' τους Beatles! (Ίσως κ μεγαλύτερη ντουλάπα αντί για πλυντήριο/στεγνωτηριο)

• Felix (10/5): A nice apartment with all amenities, and a great manager - Michael's apartment is in Panormou, a nice neighborhood, some 400 m from the metro station with that name. Impeccably clean, quiet, with all the amenities that I expected and more. Michael was available 24/7 giving great advice on how to enjoy Athens. I strongly recommend this property. Nothing!
• Magdalena (9/5): Mieszkanie czyste, dobrze wyposażone, w bezpiecznej okolicy blisko metra. - Lokalizacja jest świetna - bardzo blisko metra (bespośrednia linia na lotnisko!), wokół mnóstwo kafejek, supermarket, kioski, apteki, sklepy, przystanki autobusowe. Jednocześnie uliczka jest cicha, choć mieszkanie na parterze. Czasem było słychać przechodniów albo dźwięki z klatki schodowej (np. windę), ale nam to nie przeszkadzało, nie było uciążliwe. Fantastyczny kontakt z właścicielem, który dopytywał, czy wszystko ok, oferował pomoc i odpowiadał na wiadomosci (WhatsApp). Bezpieczne odbieranie kluczy, jasne instrukcje co do wejścia do budynku oraz korzystania z apartamentu (woda, TV, swiatło itp.). Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, choć brakowało nam tradycyjnego czajnika ;) Ale na wyposażeniu był ekspres do kawy z kilkoma kapsułkami na start, więc super (dodatkowe kapsułki bez trudu kupiłyśmy w pobliskim markecie). Ręczniki, zelazko, deska do prasowania, suszarka, igły i nici, apteczka pierwszej pomocy, telefony kontaktowe do służb różnego typu, lampki przy łóżkach, co było bardzo pomocne! Stoliki nocne, wygodne łóżka, lodówka, mikrofala. Bardzo czysto! Ogromnie to doceniam, bo różnie bywa, a tutaj naprawdę można było jeść z podłogi. Zapas papieru toaletowego bardzo na plus! Wygodna łazienka, chociaż zamiast drabinki przydałyby się malutkie kołki, zwykłe wieszaczki (i w łazience, i w przedpokoju). W ogóle przestrzeń apartamentu, choć mała, została naprawdę fajnie i sprytnie wykorzystana, zabudowa bardzo pomysłowa. Była też pralka i suszarka. Rolety chyba antywłamaniowe, porządne i mocne drzwi wejściowe, czułyśmy się naprawdę bezpiecznie. Jedyne drobne zmiany, które bym wprowadziła, to tradycyjny, nawet malutki czajnik, oraz małe wieszaki w przedpokoju i łazience zamiast drabinki (niestabilna, niewygodnie się z niej sięgało po ręcznik).

• Carrie (9/5): I'd happily stay here, again! 😊 - This apartment is an affordable, clean and comfortable place to stay in a great neighborhood of Athens. It's very close to the metro, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and a fabulous Saturday street market! The washer and dryer were very nice to have, too! The hosts communicated effectively via Whatsapp to make sure all was well. They were flexible and accommodating with a request I'd made that made my stay easier. The only real downside to the apartment is that it is next to the entrance of the building, so I could hear people coming and going at all hours, chatting or buzzing to open the door. Additionally, although the lighting was good, I sometimes had to flip the switches several times to stop them from blinking or changing colors. None of this would stop me from staying there in the future.

• Jameson (10/5): Fantastic stay in a fantastic place! - Dione Luxury Business Suite in the heart of Athens was amazing. The location was fantastic, close to the subway and grocery store. Michael was an OUTSTANDING host. He and his wife went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. The suite was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, and the TV set-up was super entertaining! The power went out one night for around 5 hours. However, it had nothing to do with the suite and Michael did all he could to make sure we got it back! He even stayed up till around 1am to make sure the electric company came and fixed the problem.

• Nino (10/5): Great apartment - Comfortable and clean apartment, comfy bed, good location. Calm and safe neighborhood. The main line metro station is very close, 5 minutes by walk, overall 15 minutes to the city center by subway. Very good communication with hosts, easy check in-check out. Everything you need for several day stay. The shower is a little small but it wasn't a big issue.

• Alex (8/5): Very clean apartment, with all ammentities, great hosts and good location - Very cosy property which was very clean. It had very thing you need to stay for a while including fridge, ironing board, hairdryer, hob etc. situated 5 minutes walk from two metro stations and one minute walk to a supermarket. It is very easy to get into the city centre in 20 minutes. Really great place to stay and very attentive hosts. The water was tricky to work out and by the end of the week we worked it out. More our fault than anything else Could do with a toaster and kettle.

• Νικος (10/5): A very nice apartment, in a great location, newly renovated with great technology, and a very helpful owner. Highly reco - I really liked the big TV with a great sound system and that it is newly renovated. It had everything I needed! The owner is very friendly and very helpful, he even sent a pdf file with instructions about everything you’ll need. It is fully equipped, with kitchen supplies, a washer and a dryer. The bed had two mattresses combined which after one night got a bit separated and made a gap in the middle. It wasn’t a big problem though, and it was actually fixed a few days after by the owner, and the two mattresses stayed together more firmly.
