• delphine (3/5): Appartement très sombre, à l'ombre, au rez de chaussée. Je n'ai pas du tout aimé. Propre, bien placé - Haut de plafond. Propre. Bien situé. Appartement au rez-de-chaussée, entouré d'immeubles. Très sombre. Le soleil n'arrive jamais, donc il fait froid. Check-in compliqué et stressant.

• Meya (8/5): Great apartment, lovely area, easy access would definitely recommend - Nice quiet area but close enough to shops and public transport. Plenty of space could genuinely live in the apartment. Great commutation with host. Could do with some towel hooks in bathroom as there is no where to put them whilst showering, plug sockets a little out of reach but manageable.

• Gala (9/5): Molt bona estada per si busques bona qualitat preu. - L’apartament nou, modern, amb detalls i bastant ben situat.Cap mena de soroll i el llit molt còmode; es pot descansar molt bé. Cuina molt ben equipada i el Personal et deixa alguns detalls perquè disfrutis de l’experiència. El carrer on està situat sense cap inseguretat. Una experiència molt bona i recomanable per si busques algo qualitat preu correcte. El portal no dóna molta confiança, però un cop arribes a l’habitació et sents més confortable.
• JESSIKA (9/5): Superou minhas expectativas, gostei muito do alojamento. - Localização perfeita, perto de tudo, fácil acesso. Confortável e bastante completo, tem muitos armários, o que facilita a organização do ambiente. A limpeza deixou a desejar, nota-se que limpam apenas superficialmente, a casa de banho estava bastante manchada e tinha uma parte do poliban (porta de vidro) desencaixada.

• Brudos (6/5): There must be better places to stay in Milan. - It was in a nice old building. The bed was really a pull out couch that was not really very comfortable. The shower drain and the bathroom sink drains were very very slow. We complained and gave permission for it to be worked on the next day while we were out. No showed up until 21:30 as we were going to bed. The next day someone came during the day and fixed the shower but left the sink clogged worse than before.
• Astrid (10/5): My stay was excellent. The place is pleasant and safe, with an unbeatable location. The staff was very kind and helpful, - Very convenient for getting around. I also really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were. The only thing I didn’t like is that the water tends to pool in the shower and doesn’t drain properly.
• Lucía (8/5): Muy buena y cómoda - Estaba muy limpio y la explicación de cómo entrar era muy clara y fácil Se escucha mucho el ruido del exterior, el sofá cama se separaban los colchones y había como dos niveles. El vuelo se nos retrasó y llegamos al piso a media noche y nos dijeron que no nos atendería a partir de esa hora si teníamos algún problema para entrar.

• Ramesh (9/5): Overall, enjoyed our stay despite small maintenance issues. Nice location. - Great location, with good breakfast options nearby. Clean and charming apartment with comfortable bed. 1. No scouring pad to wash dishes. Had to buy one. 2. No holder for soap/shampoo in shower 3. Bin in bathroom was broken 4. Dishwasher didn't clean dishes. Dishes were soapy, with food still stuck to plates after wash. Had to handwash each plate/cup/utensil.

• Freddy (5/5): Apenas aceptable. - Buena ubicación. Fue muy complicado el acceso. En vez de una cama confortable tiene un sofá cama muy incómodo. Falta de higiene en la ropa de cama.

• Antonia (8/5): very tiny apartment with the building under construction and no real bed - location of the apartment was very good; the building is very solid and has a great potential; the area is full of places to enjoy and it is close to public transport and lots of fun places to see there was a construction going on and I wasn't notified; the place is quite small and the bed is not a real bed - it's a sofa bed. The light in the apartment is scarce and the feel is as if you're staying in a rabbit hole. The apartment is on the first floor (something that should be included in the description of the rental, which was not). My main complaint: the property management expects you to throw away your garbage (with all the complicated sorting that Milano has, and WITHOUT providing instructions on how and where to dispose of the different type of garbage). Also, there is an expectation that you should leave the apartment in good order and clean your dishes and basically clean everything after your stay - my question to that is: WHY DO YOU CHARGE cleaning fee then????? My second main complaint is about check in and check out times: how could you expect people to check in at 3:00pm and ask them to be out by 10:00??? This is like charging for a full-day stay stay when we actually use the premises for 19 hours instead of 24 (this is one fifth of the time we pay for). Last complaint about the apartment - it says that the apartment is 47 m² which IS IMPOSSIBLE - don't lie about these things - this is a tiny, tiny little room with a small kitchen and a bathroom. No way that this is the size advertised on Booking.com Last comment - there weren't enough supplies of cosmetics (soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish-washing machine detergent)
• Ana Paula (10/5): Ótima estadia e localização - Tudo limpo, novo e funcionando. Fiz a maioria das coisas a pé. Estava em reforma o pátio de fora entao a obra começava cedo, e o box ser bem pequeno. Mas nada que tirou pontos do lugar
