• Debra (10/5): Exceptional Stay. - We loved everything about Cozy Oasis in Moda. Our host Zeynep and her wonderful mum were always available for us. The apartment is in a prime location close to the ferry with amazing coffee shops and restaurants within metres of the front door. The apartment itself is very clean, comfortable and modern. We stayed 5 nights and didn't want to leave. We highly recommend Cozy Oasis in Moda. Nothing.

It is very conveniently located in a beautiful and peaceful area. Very close to the long picturesque embankment, there are many nice cafes, various shops and supermarkets around. The apartment itself is very clean and cozy, there is everything for a wonderful relaxing holiday. Next time we will definitely come back here!

There are 2 ferry terminals in the area making the main tourist attractions easily accessible. The host was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole time. Number of restaurants, bars and shops in proximity as well as parks and playgrounds. Perfect for families! The host went above and beyond to make us feel at home and help with whatever we needed. Amazing really! Everything was perfect!

• Matthew (10/5): Great place to stay in lovely Moda, Istanbul - Amazing location! Near lots of great bars, restaurants and super close to the water. Zeynep is also a very easy person to communicate with and we had no issues! The apartment is well-equipped and has everything you would need.

Totally set up for staying with small kids, including a stepping stool so my toddler could use the toilet independently. Comfortable beds. Will absolutely be returning. • Morten (10/5): A perfect apartment close to the sea, for couples and families. - This is a perfect apartment and area for a family with small child/children. It is placed very close to the sea, with many little cafés, restaurants and a long sea promenade. Our host arranged for a bed for our toddler as well as toys and gave us a thorough tour of the beautiful, comfortable apartment and its facilities. She guided us to the nearby (big) public playground and gave us a lot of suggestions for exploring the neighborhood and other parts of the beautiful city. Our host was always ready to answer questions and help us, no matter the time of day. We highly recommend this apartment and our amazing host. Many thanks for a perfect vacation from this Danish family! :D

• Lars (10/5): Exceptional - If you visit Istanbul, you must stay here! It's a lovely apartment in a quiet street just three steps away from the sea and some good cafes and restaurants. The hosts, Zeynep and her mother, are very lovely. They will do anything to feel you at home. The apartment has everything you need. Very comfortabel. To go to the old city and other places just take the ferry with the Istanbul card and relax

I highly recommend it! - I vacation in Istanbul every year and I recommend the Moda area in Kadikoy for an excellent, interesting, emotional and exciting vacation in the huge, wonderful Istanbul! The apartment has an excellent location, on a quiet street and at the same time 30-40 meters from the main Moda street with wonderful and cozy small restaurants, cafes, shops and all kinds of useful infrastructure. 150 meters and you are in a green, seaside park of Kadikoy with a view of the Sea of ​​Marmara. 150 meters and you are in the sea, and there I personally collected mussels for a delicious dinner with white wine and aromatic sauce)) Excellent communication - 250 meters to the tram, 15 - 20 minutes to the sea station, metro and bus station of Kadikoy. Connection to the whole city (Europe and Asia) including the Princes' Islands. Fantastic market of Kadikoy 20-25 minutes. The apartment itself is bright, spacious and very clean! It has everything you need for living. You can stay for 3 days or 30 days, no problem! The manager Zeynep is very nice, friendly and always professional in her business! Very easy and helpful communication I have no claims!

• Boris (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is really spacious and comfortable, surprisingly quiet for such a lively neighborhood. The area has a lot of bars and restaurants and is also good for chilling in the park by the sea. Good transport links to tourist attractions by ferry or metro. Adorable local cat pays daily visits outside the window. Public transport is a bit far away(20m walk). Dishwasher is really hard to use due to not enough space to open the door.
• Josh (10/5): Excellent stay in this fantastic apartment with a great host, you will have a great stay in Moda! - We loved the location of our stay, it was tucked quietly right off the main streets in the neighborhood and it was very easy to get back to. The apartment was large and clean just as advertised and the furnishings were modern and spacious. Small details of the apartment also made us feel welcome, a vanity mirror in one of the rooms was thoughtful and the TV came equipped with streaming services. The apartment included an easy to use washing machine and dryer that is helpful for fresh clothes during travel. Zeynep was fantastic and we could not have asked for a better host. She was incredibly fast at responding and went beyond expectations when we needed help finding a pharmacy that was open late at night, and responding quickly with instructions on using the laundry machines. Everything was fantastic, it would have just been a wonderful touch if the air conditioning unit reached all the way to the bedroom a bit more- but not a big deal at all.

The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of one of the trendiest and most vibrant neighborhoods in the city, yet still peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area. I can't recommend this place highly enough if you're looking for a true Istanbul experience away from the more touristy spots. I'll definitely be back.

• Bekir (10/5): Exceptional - Moda is one of my favorite places in Istanbul. We really enjoyed our stay in this tastefully decorated two-bedroom apartment in Moda. Zeynep Hanım and her dear mother showed us great hospitality. The location is very good, the liveliest part of Moda, Moda Beach, and the children's park are all a few minutes away. We were very comfortable as a family with two children.

The kitchen was well-equipped, enabling us to prepare our own meals. There was a convenient mini market located just behind the unit. Cafes and restaurants were all within close proximity. It was a truly enjoyable walk from the unit to the Kardikoy station. Additionally, there was a park nearby, which was particularly delightful for children.

• Kate (10/5): Great experience in Moda - It a very modern and well furnished apartment. You have everything you need. Very cozy and calm even though located in the vibrant district of Moda. The location is great! It’s a bit far from public transport if you are going to visit other places a lot. Totally not a problem for adults, but with a small kid becomes a bit challenging

• Jamieson (10/5): Great haven in hip Moda - This apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable, well equipped and comfortable. Centrally located in the hub of Moda — a fashionable, hip neighborhood on the Asian side of Istanbul — you are just a few blocks from the Sea of Marmara and three wonderful parks. You are surrounded by many nearby wonderful cafes and restaurants with two good food stores a few blocks away. The European side (with many tourists and their favorite sites) is an easy ferry ride away if you wish to enjoy them. I lived in Moda during the pandemic and highly recommend it. The host was great. The keys were easily available from a shop directly across the street. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The bathroom was great with wonderful towels. A perfect stay!
