• Joanna (10/5): Great house in a peaceful area - We had everything that we needed. The house was very well equipped, homy and comfortable. Beach was easily accessible. The owners are lovely and helpful people. We would love to come back here again. :)

• Toms Balcus (9/5): - The house is located just a 5‑minute walk from the sea. We could easily park our rental car in the yard. The property has an outdoor area with everything needed for grilling, as well as a shower for rinsing off after the beach — although we didn’t use it since we visited in spring. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Overall, it’s a lovely house for a holiday stay in Cyprus. Considering that we were traveling in spring, when the night temperature was around 10°C, it would have been nice if the hosts had left a heater running so the house would be around 20°C upon arrival. When we got there, it was about 16°C inside. The first night was very cold, especially in the second bedroom, so that small touch would have made the stay a perfect 10.
• Olga (2/5): Very disappointing stay - Unfortunately nothing I booked this property for 7 nights but had to leave after the first night due to serious hygiene and safety concerns. On the evening of our arrival, while my kids were sleeping, I discovered mouse droppings in the kitchen. Finding mouse droppings in a place where food is prepared represents a serious health risk, especially when travelling with small children. There were also several safety issues. In the bathroom there was an exposed electrical cable next to the shower, and one of the glass panels of the balcony railing had a large crack. Additionally, several aspects of the accommodation did not match the description. The beds were significantly smaller (around 130 cm) than advertised. The wardrobes in the bedrooms were completely filled with the owner's belongings, leaving almost no space for guests' clothes. There were also many items stored under the beds. The balcony had a very strong smell of cat urine. I informed the host about the problems on the same evening and tried to reach him by phone to find a solution, but this was unsuccessful. After discovering more mouse droppings (even on the balcony, which is on the 2nd floor) next morning and feeling unsafe due to the hygiene and safety concerns, we decided to leave the property immediately. Unfortunately, the communication with the host was also very disappointing and uncooperative. It is also important to note that the booking was non-refundable, which made the situation even more difficult for us. And the outside area is monitored by cameras. Guests should be aware of this when using the garden or balcony. I would not recommend this Villa. Postcript: After leaving an honest rating, the host sent me an aggressive message and stated that he would share my behaviour and personal details (address, phone number) on different platforms. I found this reaction very concerning and unprofessional.

• Beate (9/5): Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, leider nur kurzen Aufenthalt bei dem alles perfekt war um sich entspannen zu können. So s - Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Nähe zum Strand und zum Meer war perfekt. Wir konnten auf den Terrassen herrlich entspannen. Die Schaukel-Liege war ein Highlight.

• Olga (10/5): - Great villa, fully equipped. Didn't lack anything in the house. Hosts made extra effort to check in us earlier. Sea very close but you need watershoes as it's only rocks. We loved it.
• Mariia (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. Villa with all facilities, great location in a quiet place with sea view. There is a good supermaket and restaurant with delicious dishes and friendly staff in 10 minutes walk. Ayia Napa is in10-15 minutes drive, if you want to walk around town. You can order taxi in app Bolt or rent the car from the hosts. Nearby there is wedding beach, every day we were watching weddings. It was nice. I’d definitely like to go back there. Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality , everything's was excellent.
