A próprietaria mandou várias áudi - Há alguns anos atrás, para ser bem específico em 2023, estivemos na pousada e simplesmente foi a melhor experiência que tivemos, por esse motivo ao selecionar novamente essa opção, não pensamos duas vezes. Mas foi um infeliz engano achar que a qualidade seria a mesma. Travesseiros fedidos, lençóis com cheiro de guardado, porta do quarto quebrada, televisão quebrada. Sem falar na falta de segurança. Alô rapaz que nos recepcionou não era nem mesmo funcionário, mas foi muito prestativo e a funcionária também foi muito atenciosa. Mas é só isso que podemos tirar de bom. Limpeza péssima, café da manhã que foi prometido na reserva era de péssima qualidade. Totalmente propaganda enganosa do que estavam nas fotos do site. Batente da porta quebrado, o quarto na trancava, logo após a reclamação fomos trocadas de quarto.

Atrasaram meu check-in em 2 horas Quando cheguei ao local não havia ninguém para me atender, só apareceu um funcionário depois de meia hora esperando, e detalhe, o funcionário em questão quando chegou a hospedaria estava bebendo (bebida alcoólica) Me fizeram trocar de quarto 2 vezes, além de não terem um quarto certo para cada hóspede no momento do check-in, escolheram um aleatório Não havia cama de casal como escrito no anúncio Para compensar a demora e os transtornos, oferecemos mais metade da diária para ficarmos 6 horas a mais para podermos descansar decentemente (meia diária) 15:00, não havia nem dado 12 horas de diária e já estavam nos expulsando do lugar, e a funcionária do dia ainda alegou que se nós deixássemos nossas malas lá era por conta e risco, que ela não iria se importar se alguém mexesse em algo

Tanto do quarto como do banheiro. Voltaria a me hospedar la A limpeza do quarto e do banheiro não aconteceu durante a estadia. Nem o lixo do banheiro foi retirado.

• Maria Fernanda (8/5): Ideal para viagens curtas - As fotos da hospedaria condizem com o estabelecimento e foi fácil encontrar o local pelo Uber. Os quartos são bem limpos e possuem ar-condicionado e um bom chuveiro, também nos disponibilizaram toalhas. Foi tranquilo pedir delivery para entregar na hospedaria e o local é seguro, consta com estacionamento provativo. O café da manhã é saboroso, apesar de simples, e é servido em um espaço muito confortável. O wifi é bom e a hospedaria está bem localizada na cidade. Os colchões das camas do quarto que ficamos eram duros, mas não impediram uma boa noite de sono. As anfitriãs levam um tempo razoável para responder, mas são solícitas com os hóspedes. É pedido um adiantamento para a estadia na pousada, essa informação não constava na reserva, mas fizemos por pix e tudo ficou tranquilo.
