• Naponiello (7/5): Soluzione accettabile ma da migliorare. - Lo spazio attrezzato a disposizione. Non funzionamento del wi-fi. Mancanza sulla TV di sintonizzazione dei canali RAI e la7. Scarsa dotazione di tovaglie per il bagno (solo 2 tovaglie per la doccia, nessuna per le mani e il bidè). Doccia: inutilizzabile il tubo a mano.

Una maggiore chiarezza mi avrebbe lasciato libero di decidere meglio. le foto proposte sono di vari appartamenti e la descrizione è generica e non rappresenta l'appartamento effettivo a noi assegnato.
• Fatma (4/5): Die Wohnung entsprach leider nicht der Beschreibung: Der Aufzug war defekt, die Treppen extrem anstrengend, es gab keine - Das einzig Positive war die gute Lage in der Nähe wichtiger Sehenswürdigkeiten und Plätze. Die Wohnung entsprach leider überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Es stand in der Anzeige, dass es einen Aufzug gibt – ja, es gab tatsächlich einen, aber dieser war kaputt und konnte nicht benutzt werden. Die Treppen zur Wohnung waren endlos und extrem anstrengend. Da wir schon erschöpft ankamen und ich schwanger bin, hatten wir bewusst nach einer Unterkunft mit Aufzug gesucht. Das Hochsteigen war wirklich eine Qual. In der Wohnung gab es nur einen Ventilator und keine Klimaanlage. Wir waren mit zwei Familien unterwegs, sodass nur eine Familie den Ventilator nutzen konnte – und dieser war ohnehin nicht sehr leistungsstark. Außerdem haben wir alle vier rote Hautausschläge bekommen, vermutlich von den Bettlaken. In der Wohnung gibt es keine Fliegengitter, sodass wir die Fenster wegen der sehr aggressiven Moskitos in Venedig nicht unbesorgt öffnen konnten. Dadurch war die Luft in der Wohnung stickig – bei noch wärmeren Temperaturen wäre es kaum auszuhalten gewesen. Weiterhin wurde in der Anzeige eine Waschmaschine angegeben – diese gab es nicht. Auch die angegebene Größe von 180 m² entspricht nicht der Realität. Die Fotos sind irreführend und vermitteln einen falschen Eindruck.

• Rachel (10/5): Delightful. - This is a lovely property, in a very quiet area of Castello. Visiting in July, with very warm temperatures, we were very pleased to have the air conditioning. The property had everything we needed. Michela our contact, was super helpful. We loved everything.

We stayed here for three nights in June and the air conditioner only worked for 12 hours. We asked for a refund for two nights and the property only gave us back $300 which is less than one night’s stay — we paid a total of $1,600 for three nights. The temperature in the apartment was 85 degrees Fahrenheit and our children couldn’t sleep. We were in communication with the property and they knew the AC was broken. They told us to stay in another hotel and they would reimburse us but the amount they gave us back $300 did not even cover this extra expense. We booked this place because it had air conditioning and it was broken the entire time of our stay. We were not compensated appropriately for the extreme inconvenience.

• Devang (9/5): Superb - Nice residential area with lift which is a boon since u have to lift your bags on bridges in Venice. Clean spacious with natural light . Valentina which came to check us in was very sweet helpful and replied promptly on WhatsApp with any queries. If u want to reach the apartment without carrying your luggage through streets of Venice book a private taxi about 140 euro and take it to campo Santa Giustina which is right in front of the apartment . Alilaguna or any shared water taxi will drop you at hospital station and it’s a 10 min walk from there .
