• Chiara (6/5): - La posizione era decentrata, comunque l'avevo cercata proprio in quella zona, quindi mi è andata bene. L'alloggio era ben fornito di tutto e abbastanza nuovo Non si poteva considerare per 4 adulti, come eravamo noi, due coppie. Il divano letto era singolo e nel soppalco c'era un letto matrimoniale e una brandina che poteva andare bene per un bambino. Io non ho usufruito dell'appartamento e sono andata a dormire da mia figlia. Inoltre i letti singoli non avevano coperte il giorno 11 Ottobre e, contattata la struttura, ci hanno risposto di accendere il condizionatore

• APRIL (6/5): The pictures make the apartment look big. - We were close to the metro, a grocery store and a delicious Italian restaurant. Most of the beds were comfortable. The single bed was not. They advertised two sofa beds, but there was only one. So the ad should read one double bed, one single bed and one sofa bed.
• maria (1/5): Pessimo - Ho pernottato una notte in questa struttura. esperienza pessima. formiche ovunque, condizionatore rotto (ho dormito in un soppalco il cui termostato segnava 31,6°C), mi hanno chiamata piu volte dicendomi che sarebbe venuto il tecnico per sistemarlo, ma il tecnico è venuto la mattina della mia partenza alle 8. Io ho dovuto aprire, far accomodare il tecnico in camera da letto perchè la finestra per accedere al motore del condizionatore è posizionato sopra il letto. In tutto ciò, l host (ludovico) si è limitato a darmi indicazioni relativamente all'accoglienza che avrei dovuto far al tecnico. ho riportato tutte queste lamentele allo stesso host e mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero rimborsato il soggiorno. mi hanno chiesto anche l'iban. Ovviamente, non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso.

• Mehmet (1/5): Terrible experience - It was clean. Air conditioning didn’t work properly and room was very hot. We didn’t sleep. It was a terrible experience. And The owner did not deal with this problem for 2 days and did not solve the problem. The owner said that he would refund part of the accommodation, but he didn't
• Emanuel (8/5): Very good - The house is beautiful, but there were a few things missing to make it perfect. The last 2 nights we had no hot water, which was really bad. Unfortunately the host doesn’t came with the solution… Towel to shower are very small.
