luana (1/5): - A funcionária que responde pela proprietária(o) foi atenciosa e liberou o quarto pra mim, Localização: mediana, assim que cheguei tinha um morador de rua bem ao lado, nao tinha tv smart; a agua do chuveiro nao esquentava e esse "studio delux" e no quarto andar, nao tem elevador e tive que subir todos os lances de escada, foi um show de horrores

Também não gostei da exigência de ter que recolher os lixos, sendo que o preço pago inclui a limpeza do local.

Michely (4/5): Descaso com cliente, fiquei sem banho não resolveram. - o colchão era bom, no entanto reservei 2 camas de solteiro e só tinha uma de casal. Não deixaram toalha, estávamos em 2 e só tinha uma toalha, avisamos ainda no horário de atendiemento, falou que iria levar e não levou, no outro dia alegou que tinha deixado na garagem mas não estava e também não avisou. Aguardei até outro dia tentando quando pediu para eu retirar de outro quarto e aí não tinha água quente, ainda iam ligar o boiler, e tive que ir para evento sem banho. O banheiro vasava muita água, solicitei um pano não deixaram. O quarto na reserva era 2 camas de solteiro, só tinha uma de casal, e só coberta para uma pessoa. Foi a pior experiencia que já tive com reserva no booking.

Davi (8/5): Ótimo custo benefício - Boa localização. Acomodação exatamente como nas fotos. Não tem ar condicionado e o ventilador muito pequeno. Senti falta de fogão, mesmo que por indução. Conexão de internet muito instável. Precisei utilizar o meu pacote de redes móveis muitas vezes para ter reuniões pelo computador.

Arwonderer (9/5): Wonderful Stay and Location is Great! - My arrival and checkin was smooth and systematic, the host provided detailed information for me to easily access the building and the apartment. The apartment is clean and organized. Basic needs are meet, basic kitchen things are a plus, the bed was comfortable and no spots. The location is great, many restaurants nearby along the streets, and a supermarket in one block. The bathroom needs shower curtain since when your taking a bath the water goes to the bathroom floor that you needs to use the mop to remove the water and dry. If you have bedit that a great too, Over-all the apartment is wonderful.
Debbie (7/5): Good for a cheap stay - It was good that you could get in and out fine and the bed was comfortable. Good fan. The staff were nice but not hands on. They are kind to let you check out late. No gas in the cooker - fridge was not emptied. No bowls no kettle no cups only 2 glasses only 1 tiny pot if you did manage to cook. No washing machine which said it had one. I ended up handwashing all week and drying my clothes on a stool by the fan. Outside is quite rough with homeless people sleeping in street outside which is sad but a LOT of homeless in Brazil to be honest. It’s not really accessible for disabled people unless the main garage was open which it wasn’t.
