• ian (8/5): Good stay at a nice location - I really liked the location of the property, it’s in a safe area with lots of trees. The apartment was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was little to no internet connection or phone signal for the duration of my stay. The staff tried to help, but the issue wasn’t resolved. There was no balcony to sit outside just a small backyard balcony without a view. I would suggest that the main door be replaced with a new security door

• Sofia (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt - gerne wieder! - Super netter Kontakt, eine Wohnung, in der man sich zuhause fühlt und unschlagbar gute Lage! Gehoben und nicht geplagt von Tourismus-Exzessen, schöne Häuser und Eingänge, lebhaft aber dennoch wunderbar ruhig zu schlafen. Nichts!

• Andreea Constantinescu (10/5): - Locație excelentă, în cartierul Kolonaki, un echivalent al Montmartre din Paris: străduțe mici, în panta, case cochete cu 3-4 etaje, toate cu magazine la parter, din loc în loc minimarketuri pentru cumpărături, terase și restaurante destule dar nu deranjante. O casa art-deco foarte chic, cu scara melc dar și cu un lift original, funcțional (cu care noi nu am avut curaj sa urcam dar am auzit pe alții) dar și cu dotări moderne. Centrala proprie, apa calda și presiune bună mereu. Absolut tot ce ne-am fi putut dori: bucătărie ultra-utilata, combina frigorifica, aragaz electric, expressor, sandvici - maker, farfurii, tacâmuri, totul ca acasă. La baie săpunuri, geluri de dus, hârtie igienica, mașină de spălat rufe. Aer condiționat și internet în fiecare dintre cele 2 camere. Baie mare plus un wc mic cu chiuveta. În dormitor pat dublu, birou, oglinda, dressing mic. În sufragerie pat simplu (o canapea desfacuta+topper) și o canapea de piele foarte confortabila, masa mare, șemineu electric, TV (fără cablu, doar pe internet). În fiecare cameră sunt calorifere mari care recomanda locația și pentru excursii în anotimpuri mai reci. Totul minunat și memorabil. Puțin ciudat faptul ca nu exista geam la baie și la bucătărie, dar nu deranjeaza: baia are ventilator iar bucătăria are becuri :) Internetul este foarte slab, am stat tot pe datele mobile ale telefonului.

Ideal for just about anybody. - The location was pefect for us, quite and safe but not far from restaurants and bars. Also quite close to museums, the Acropolis and a huge park with very good walks. Well looked after. It's difficult to come up with anything that we didn't like as this is probably the most comfortable, best equiped and clean apartment that I've stayed in over the past 20 years.

• Marius (8/5): Good stay - Stylish apartment, clean, large room, big living. Has Netflix, AC both living room and bedroom. Clean towels but it's time to change them, they start to disintegrate. There's a small terrace in front of the room but the view it's not great: there's the renovation site in progress as of sept24 of the building adjacent. Take note: some noise in the morning from the renovation but it did not disturbed me much with the metallic blinds and the doors shut.

Both the owner and property manager are extremely attentive to all needs. Location in Kolonaki is superb. Best stores and restaurants just around any corner and Plaka only a few minutes walk away. Beautifully decorated with everything you could want for an apartment stay in Athens!!
