- Amelia (4/5): The cleaning staff were fine, but there was some confusion about which rooms needed to be serviced. - Location was good. Leafy street not far from rail and places to eat. The room had not been serviced before arrival - previous people's bedsheets and towels left and room uncleaned. Took some time to organise for someone to come and make beds etc. There was no compensation offered for this inconvenience.
- Dianne (7/5): We found the pre check in concerning, and the cleanlinessof the kitchen quite bad, overall central - The girl we met was easy to deal with Pre check in instructions were concerning
- Keith (7/5): Spacious, convenient but tired - We had apartment 203, a 1-bed. Spacious, conveniently located for both Northbridge and the City (and the free Blue CAT bus). Good to have a lift but a puzzle that it was partially outdoors. The decor was tired (some owners update their apartments more often than others and our daughter's 2-bed apartment 302 was very well decorated and furnished), the TV was old and had no channels and an auto channel update did not work, and the toilet rail holder was falling off the wall. These details should really be dealt with by the managing agent. Did not live up to the "Corporate" tag.
- Anthony (7/5): it was a good stay, and will come back.. - Room and location was good, TV was an issue was replaced within the day with a new one Internet was very bad, late check was not given, we have stayed at apartment, some properties gives late check outs when the flights are in the night and the apartments are not running at full capacity.
