• Chaves (4/5): Obligado - Las instalaciones Por el horario en el que llegamos con mi familia, el hospedero nos cobró un porcentaje adicional el cual no estaba visualizado antes de hacer la reserva. Después de reservar me dio la opción de aceptar o no el alojamiento a pesar del adicional, y escogí que no, porque no llegaba con el presupuesto. Se contactó conmigo el hospedero diciendo que se me iba a cobrar igual aunque haya puesto que no podía gestionar ese dinero y obligatoriamente tuve que acceder a hospedarme ahí.
• Daisy (5/5): Muchas cosas a mejorar - Ubicación fácil de llegar y colchones cómodos para descansar. Lamentablemente dijimos que llegaríamos entre 22 y 23 hrs, el check in terminaba a las 23.30 hrs, pero llegamos a las 00 hrs y nos cobraron 20 mil ARS adicionales por un sereno que se “quedaba a esperarnos”; finalmente era el mismo dueño, que vivía en la casa del fondo. Esto, más los 72 mil ARS que pagamos al inicio para la reserva. Finalmente convenía quedarse en una ciudad mucho más turística y por el mismo precio se consigue un mejor lugar en Bariloche o El Bolsón. Almohadas sin relleno que no sirven y toallas viejas con olor a humedad. No hay microondas, ni hervidor eléctrico por ende no sirve como como alojamiento de paso. Hay que considerar más tiempo para cocinar. Error mío al no considerarlo de manera previa en la descripción. Si señala TV de pantalla plana y solo hay una TV pequeña antigua que ni idea como funcionaba. Agua demasiado caliente, casi que quema, tengan mucho cuidado en la ducha, ya que no sale nada de agua fría para poder regular.

• Paola (7/5): Crítica constructiva para tener en cuenta. - La ubicación, servicio de cámaras por si el auto quedaba afuera Faltaba limpieza (las sábanas tenían un olor extraño ,en el baños había pelos etc ) Le faltaban cosas básicas como trapo de piso para secar el baño, un poco de papel higiénico por lo menos un poco para cuando uno recién llegas del viaje.
