• Antonatou (6/5): Οκ - Ήταν καθαρό . Και η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική . Ωστόσο ήταν απαράδεκτο η μπαλκονόπορτα όχι να μην κλειδώνει αλλά να μην κλείνει καθόλου . Και αναγκαζόμασταν να βάζουμε κοτρόνες για να την κρατήσουμε κλειστή . Δεν ένιωθες έτσι ασφάλεια .

• Cristina E. Pala (8/5): Maravilloso atardeceres con vistas del puerto de Pireus desde la terraza - Indudablemente las vistas desde la terraza y su cercanía al centro de la ciudad. Ubicación muy tranquila y con todo tipo de servicios cerca. La cama súper cómoda Le falta menaje de cocina, la puerta de la terraza no cerraba bien y la calefacción tampoco funcionaba.

• Moon (9/5): - די קרוב למרכז. איזור יוקרתי ונעים. מסעדות טובות מתחת לבית. מיטה די נוחה. אחלה וילון בחדר השינה חוסם אור ואם הוא לא מספיק יש גם סוגר פלסטי חיצוני של פעם. אחלה של מים חמים כשצריך. רבע שעה וזה לוהט. נוף יפה מהמרפסת.. שקיעות מהממות היה חסר לי במטבח כיריים ומחבת/סיר.. קצת מוזר שאין. חוץ מזה הכל ממש אחלה.

• Αγγελος (10/5): Υπέροχο!! - Υπέροχη θέα, άνετο και μεγάλος χώρος. Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο. Μόνο 2 κάψουλες καφέ για 3 μέρες 2 άτομα.

• Katherine (8/5): Well located character apartment in Kolonaki - Well located apartment, with a balcony. Easy self check-in and apartment was fairly quiet with the shutters down (there's a bar almost underneath the building which plays music all night). Has air conditioning but we didn't use it. The elevator is an older style but not uncommon in Greece, so we were not worried. Struggled with the hot water - the button to activate the hot was had to be pressed in advance to allow it to heat up, it worked the first time but not the other times afterward. Bed was rather creaky despite being fairly new.

• AD Horvath (6/5): A super nice stay...almost. - -The location is excellent (the most prestigious neighbourhood in Athens) -Nice view from the terrace -Elegant upscale vibe decoration (old school) -The value for the money is great!! -​There was no hot water. I pressed the white button to activate the boiler, as instructed, but it didn't work. When I asked the management specific questions (like what I did wrong or how long to press the button), I only received a short answer: "read guide book page 9." (I had already read it, which is why I had specific questions.) ​I didn't want to waste time, for this problem so I ended up making a hot bath with a kettle, but this issue spoiled my overall experience (I wanted to give a score of 9 and not 6) Minor Suggestion: -​There are not enough kitchen facilities or cooking possibilities. (This was fine for me since I don't cook; it's just a suggestion for other guests.)

• Marina (4/5): Не советую!!!! - Все, что мне понравилось это только месторасположение. Телевизор работает без звука, никто не исправил. Лифт очень опасный и старый, было страшно заходить. Много ступенек перед лифтом, с чемоданами сложно. Не было горячей воды, из за ошибки хозяина. Нет звонка на двери и нельзя сделать заказ еды, нужно спускаться с 5 этажа самому. Никто не помогает, не отвечают на телефон, если какая то проблема.

• Roff (9/5): Great value in Kolonaki - This is an old school Athens apartment but very comfortable bed and very clean. I was only there for 12hrs to shower and rest before an early morning flight. Perfect for that and some nice littke local restos minutes walk. Also had a great mani pedi close by while waiting to check in The keybox. Very high so I had to stand on my suitcase to reach it and numbers hard to read if you have 60+ years eyesight. But I got there!
