• Alicja (4/5): - The apartment was very dirty, you could see the black stains on the floor and crevices, the towels and bedding also had stains… we were not sure if they were properly washed. For the price however you can suffer after getting drunk with a few pisco sours.

• Héctor José (7/5): Vamos a mejorar este lugar. - La ubicación es perfecta, pleno centro de Santiago. El espacio es amplio y tiene suficientes servicios para la estancia. La conserjería del edificio es muy amable. El propietario es atento y el medio de pago es eficiente. El aseo y el mantenimiento deben mejorar, pues el hecho de que el equipamiento no sea nuevo, no excusa el aspecto que ofrece. Muebles desvencijados, puertas corroídas, paredes sucias y mugre acumulado no ayudan a promover el alojamiento.

• Eliza (6/5): Pleasant stay - The apartment itself was great, spacious and a pleasant stay, with all facilities needed. Both shower heads are broken and difficult to position and there is rust and mould throughout the bathrooms too.

• Ana Catarina (9/5): Ótima localização - Localização excelente, perto de tudo, perda da plaza das armas, plaza la moneda, plaza de la constitucion, gostei muito da maquina de encher garrafas de agua, lugar confortável. Apesar de termos hospedado no 13 andar, tem disponível elevadores. Achei que tinha poucas toalhas, no inicio, porem o anfitrião nos disponibilizou mais. Ainda mais com uma criança, queria toalhas extras.

• David (8/5): Visit to Santiago - Host was very helpful and responded quickly. Location was excellent and within walking distance to the major attractions and good restaurants. Concierge was very helpful. The place was tidy and roomy. Clothes washer didn't work. We were able to use the pay machines on the top floor. Long queue to the lifts at times. One of the shower heads could use some repair although it still functioned ok.

• Tamila (5/5): Great location, not such great property - The apartment is conveniently located in downtown Santiago, within walking distance from Plaza de Armas. It has 24 hour concierge, so it feels very safe. The apartment itself wasn't great though. It looked unclean, towels and blankets smelled like mildew, and the windows in the main bedroom didn't fully close. Also, our apartment faced the street, so it was very noisy, even at night. I had previously arranged to store my luggage there after checkout, but when the time came, there was a lot of confusion and miscommunication, until one of the concierge graciously agreed to store the luggage in his own apartment. It was all resolved at the end, but cost us a lot of time and stress.
• Mariusz_wroclaw (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment in the very center, safe with security and concierge. The main attractions of Santiago are near the apartment and accessible on foot. Large apartment well equipped. It has a large TV with access to YouTube and Netflix. Well-functioning wi-fi. The washing machine wasn’t working and we wanted to do some laundry.
