Hon Kit (9/5): Good - Property itself is clean. Outside is ok. Big bathroom. Decent bed. Kitchen too. Couldn’t find enough toilet paper. Problem with parking card. Couldn’t enter or exit. Every time needed the guard. Quite inconvenient because of that.

Everything was spotless, and the amenities provided made our stay feel just like home. The host was friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better. It’s in a peaceful location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended—we’d definitely come back!

Vincent (4/5): The host should look into the cleanliness item provided - This place really deserves a 5-star rating for its fantastic location. The place is just a short 10-minute walk from Gleneagles Hospital. The building feels secure, with staff at the entrance and a key card system for tenants. Plus, there are many Chinese and Western restaurants nearby. However, during our 4-day stay in Tower 2, Lobby 3, we had quite a few issues with our studio. We were there for medical reasons and hoped to cook our own meals, but the kitchen supplies were very limited. We only found 2 plates, 3 plastic bowls, a small frying pan that was cheap and dirty, and a tiny pot. The mugs weren’t clean, and the cutlery felt low-quality with just 3 forks and 2 spoons. One plastic spatula still had food stuck to it, and the frying pan was so greasy we couldn’t even cook. It was clear that the Airbnb owner didn’t care much about providing proper equipment, especially since the frying pan was damaged and unsafe to use. To make matters worse, we discovered mold in the air conditioning vent, which is a serious health risk. This can lead to breathing difficulties, especially for people with allergies. We were hoping to find extra pillows, we did and it was lumpy with its filling spilling out and had a ripped pillowcase. Overall, our experience with the host left us quite disappointed, and I hope Booking.com takes note of these issues.

Alexandra (7/5): A nice place to stay in a convenient location for me - The room was very nice and comfortable. The air conditioning was good. The facility had a stocked kitchen, ironing board and washing machine which was very useful. Felt quite homey. There were some hidden taxes not included in the property price shown on booking.com. This did not happen with the other apartment I stayed at in KL so it came as an unwelcome surprise especially as one reason for moving was to save money. Also annoying there is nowhere to leave bags before or after check out as my flight wasn’t till midnight. The sheets in the bed were a bit bobbled and old. The pool was closed but I didn’t know till I arrived. The gym was ok although a bit of a maze to get to and slightly strange set up having a separate ladies area with much more basic equipment which made me feel a bit uncomfortable in the main gym.

Owner is very responsive and the directions very easy to understand. When we came, the pool is closed for maintenance :( So sad we could not use the pool. Will come back again for the pool.

The ironing board lining is sticking out of the ironing board and the board are too small. So it feel uneasy to use it.. Also the iron's cable was too short.. Difficult to iron the clothes..

You’ve been warned !! - The property is in a decent area , attached to a Village Grocer so that’s super nice , few atms and banks near by if you’re a foreigner and in need of cash , I certainly was . The security is amazing and super helpful and friendly. The apartment I stayed in itself was spacious, plenty spoons , forks , pots, pans etc for cooking , has Netflix and YouTube available. THE APARTMENT IS FULL OF ANTS , BED BUGS and ROACHES . It’s definitely not worth the price ! Like at all .. there’s a 200RM deposit on top of an already over priced room.. I WOULD NOT AND I REPEAT , WOULD NOT EVVVERRR , stay there again.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

The manual instructions also easy and well-explained including the types of parking. The host also friendly. Its worth for the money. The iron provided is low quality, because it is easy to over-heat and might burn the cloths. It is suggested to change to a better quality iron.

Host is helpful and location is in the city center. Just a few mins grab to most of the attraction. Building have huge supermarket and few convenient store and restaurants. Everything just perfect. Johnny (2/5): Very poor - Internet ok and leaving this place. The apartment was not clean upon arrival. I was disgusted by all the hairs all over the entire apartment. The bedsheets had stains on multiple places just nasty. The broom and dustpan was disgusting and full of hair and dirty. They contacted me and came to place new bedsheets and clean the floor without proper cleaning supplies just the dirty mop from the balcony and water. The kitchen was dirty and is not suitable to cook meals with only on small frying pan and the ventilation is not working and insects crawling all the time in the kitchen. The bathroom is not much better with dirty dust on the vents and a sink that does not drain properly the molding around the sink turned black from lack of cleaning utterly disgusting. You will most likely not sit on the balcony as it only has rusty and dirty plastic chairs that are farm from comfortable. The trash can in the apartment was so small you can only fit two water bottles in it. We regret booking this apartment as there are a lot of options at this price that much more accommodating.
