Guest Reviews
- Adriann (10/5): This is an excellent place to stay close to many attractions and within an easy walk to see Rome. The subway is nearby. - The place was incredible! It was stunning and spacious. I wish we could have stayed longer.
- marcia (10/5): It was amazing, great location. - Location Everything was good.
- Andrea (8/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung in allerbester Lage - Beste Lage, Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Einmalig ein Problem mit dem Strom, uns wurde sofort geholfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr sauber, alles bestens. Keine Probleme, alles bestens
- Javier (10/5): Maravilloso en el corazón de Roma - Todo Nada
- Daniel (9/5): Quirky, would stay again. - Good if busy location, very cool period (1990’s antique style) plenty of room for 4 Mix of good and cheap art and furniture. Crowds outside but excellent soundproofing.

- Irina (7/5): Great location amd the property definitely has charm, but it needs some attention. - Great location The property would need some deep cleaning. Coffee machine was leaking
The 1 person bed is short
- Silvana (10/5): Splendidă -
- Tsereteli (10/5): I loved the stay! Appartment made our vacation even more special! - Location was the best! All the historical sights are on a walking distance. As for Trevi, it was literally in front of the building ☺️
Apartment design was very beautiful! Ir felt like being in the most authentic Italian place with even considering a small details.
Also the space was quite huge. We were three in the apartment and it was absolutely possible to have privacy without any problems. Two, absolutely independent rest rooms (both with shower) were the best!
Apartment even had a balcony (without view) but still nice one ☺️
Hosts were very very friendly and helpful!
Also, if you will be concerned with warm during winter stay, don't worry 😉 it was quite warm and very comfy. Temperature never went below 20 C and even considering winter period, we felt really nice. We stayed in January. The only small discomfort was cleanliness of bathroom. I would prefer them to be cleaner, especially shower.
Also, it's third floor of quite high ceilings apartment, with no elevator . Which might be a discomfort. But nothing very disturbing
- Harold p (4/5): Bring shower shoes - Location only Not clean At all bathrooms were the worst if we weren’t so tired from traveling we would never had stayed .
- Jose Manuel (8/5): -
- Johanes (10/5): It was a great stat, pretty central and close to everything. - Tall ceiling No elevator
- Daniel (7/5): -
- Deirdre (8/5): Disappointed at impaired view due to scaffolding but apartment was beautiful, just as it appears in - Loved the space, massive apartment beautifully decorated accommodation, very quirky bathrooms, central location, excellent communication if any issues/queries Lots of stairs! View was impaired by scaffolding unfortunately but hosts offered a substantial discount without any question.
- Julia (7/5): Amazing location but mixed experience - The apartment’s location is absolutely incredible! Staying right in the heart of Rome, just a few steps from the Trevi Fountain, felt amazing.
The interior is unique and museum-like, full of character, I genuinely enjoyed most of it, especially the kitchen, which completely stole my heart.
There are also two heat pumps, so the apartment stayed warm and comfortable throughout our stay. Although the interior is beautiful, it also felt a bit creepy at times. I realized that sleeping with large old portraits staring at you is not really my thing.
The apartment was also quite dirty, there was a lot of dust in the corners and even spider webs on the bathroom ceiling.
The double bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was so hard that I actually got back pain from sleeping on it.
And the coffee machine didn’t work. When we tried to use it, water started leaking out from unexpected places.
Maybe we just didn’t understand the setup, but in one of the bathrooms we couldn’t find any way to hang the shower head on the wall, so we had to shower while holding it the whole time.
It was also quite disappointing that the building was under renovation, so we had no access to windows at all. I knew about it in advance, but it was still unfortunate. What felt a bit odd was that the staff I spoke with beforehand said they had no idea when the renovation would be finished and that there was no way to find out.
- Mueller (8/5): - Top Lage! Bessere Betten wären vorteilhaft.

- Catherine (8/5): Great Stay - The iflat was well located. It was right beside the Trevi fountain...just around the corner from it. We walked everywhere from this location rather than take a bus or cab.
Frederico was our greeter who met us at our arrival time to show us around the flat and explain its amenities etc. He also offered very helpful advice in seeking gluten free restaurants in the locality which we visited and my daughter was very happy with. I contacted the team via WhatsApp and they were VERY prompt in responding and sorting out my enquiry.
The flat is very spacious and the small kitchen had all the necessary appliances which was good. The flat has air conditioning which was a real plus due to the heat we were experiencing during our stay. It was a real shame that there was works going on on the facade of the building so we could not see out as the scaffolding etc was in the way. There was noone working on it whilst we were there but it would have been nice to have been able to open the lovely windows and look out at the busy cobbled streets below etc.
- Lubna (3/5): -
- Kharma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Muhammad (9/5): Superb - Apartment and location No lift in the building
- Lana (6/5): Do not recommend - Stairs must be considered as big problem, especially when traveling with luggage. Cold inside apartment, even when outside wasn’t. If you like clean and new apartments like I do then you will be disappointed. Especially bathroom is worse in real life than in pictures. I thought worts part will be it’s location is very crowded and will be noise all the time, but didn’t bothered at all when windows are closed sound doesn’t bother inside.
- Shamini (6/5): Ok stay - Host was lovely Flat was old / showers old/ and third floor and no lift !!! 67 steps each time! Door was difficult to open and close - not brilliant maintenance - curtains falling off
- Khaled (7/5): Location is nice the rest is not so well - Location It’s mentioned that it’s air conditioned apartment well that is miss leading it’s one room air conditioned (living room) the rest including two bedrooms are with fans.
- Sarb (10/5): Excellent location. Beautiful apartment that is home away from home is a home away from - Location is great. The apartment is true to the photos The double sofa bed in the living room was lumpy.
The single bed is a little small for a taller adult
- John (9/5): Comfortable, charming, relaxing - perfect - Very happy! Just next to the Fontana di Trevi.
The property has perfect access to Rome.
The door to the property is 10 metres (or yards) from the fountain but fortunately the street is pleasantly quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle of the fountain.
The windows open onto a quiet street which allowed to me to sleep with the windows open.
The apartment is more appealing and comfortable than it looks in the photos.
I will book to stay there again later this year..
Minor provisos, which were not issues for me:
To collect the keys you need a phone or Whatsapp to speak to the agent to collect the keys.
No lift in the building.
Possibly no cooling air-conditioning? nothing
- Sarah (8/5): Very good - Need a tea pot
- Joerg (6/5): It was a Good stay, but too much money ... the price is outrageous since here is no service. - The location next to Fontana di Trevi is fantastic, the apartment is spacious and the charme is overwhelming. BUT ... !!!!
Heating is restricted to certain hours, so that the apartment with its high ceilings became bitter cold in the afternoons.
The master bedroom has its bathroom next to the kitchen, so that you have to cross the whole apartment.
The shower of the second bedroom needs thorough cleaning, too much mold has accumulated.
Very poor kitchen utensils.
- Cherihan (10/5): Everything! It was spectacular, honestly like staying in a gallery. Don’t read the negative comments, everything is pos - Everything!
It was spectacular, honestly like staying in a gallery.
Don’t read the negative comments, everything is positive.
One second walk to Trevi fountain.
Close to all locations No lift available
- Robert (10/5): Outstanding - Excellent location if your ok with being centrally located in busy area of Trevi Foundain. Walkable to most places. The room was outstanding, very spacious, nice kitchen and bath. Beds were excellent. Feel like your staying in Italian museum, pictures are accurate online. Busy area but very centrally located but not for someone who wants quiet.
- Geraldo (5/5): Passable - The location near Trevi Fountain. A little bit noisy because we were close to the Fountain. No a/c for 3 days ( broken) got compensated but didn’t made me sleep and mold in the bathroom.
