• Kinga (1/5): Nie polecamy, zdjęcia z ogłoszenia nie pokrywają się z rzeczywistością, które robione były zaraz po remoncie a teraz to - -suszarka i pralka -grzyb na ścianie -syf na podłodze, po przyjeździe musieliśmy poodkurzać na własną rękę -wszędzie kurz i ogólny nieporządek -brudne ręczniki, zastaliśmy wrzucone razem z prześcieradłami do suszarki, które po wyciągnięciu okazały się niewyprane, a w ręczniku były zawinięte cudze majtki -wybrakowana zastawa (na 7 osób mieliśmy 1 kubek) -uszkodzona szafa w jednym z pokoi -brudne, niewymienione po poprzednich gościach pościele i prześcieradła -brudne dywany, na które strach było stanąć -brak internetu -mimo, że zaznaczony mieliśmy nocleg na 7 osób, nie było pościeli na każdym z łóżek
• Roxanne (1/5): Poor communication, last-minute changes, serious cleanliness issues (urine-stained bedding, dirty linens, odors), and sa - The location was in Nottingham hill as previously discussed. We didn't get the originally booked accommodation. He gave us another that was apparently "much more expensive". It was completely dirty and there was basically no reception in there for most of us travelling from germany. And no wifi Major issues with communication, hygiene, and safety. Host took over a week to respond and provided no clear check-in info. Last-minute accommodation change on arrival. Apartment was not properly cleaned: dirty floors, dirty dishes and food left behind, stained towels, hair in bedding, wet smelly bath mat, urine-stained blanket, and strong odors (marijuana/urine). Broken window that wouldn’t fully close in freezing temperatures. Broken front door left us locked out and later left open, creating safety concerns. Not acceptable.

• Smith (3/5): We wished we looked up the reviews when we booked the flat - Lock box was broken when we arrived. And got a message later in the day to say the lock box had been stolen. Soon as we walked through the door there was mail on the floor, the WiFi didn’t work, some of the towels were dirty. The beds didn’t have any duvet covers on them. And one of the beds smelled of sick. For a family of 6 there was only one cup between us all, no pans to cook food only pan lids,Out side on the balcony rubbish bags piled up. the pictures of the flat when we booked were not what we seen when we walked through the door.
• Ashley (7/5): - I was really reluctant about staying here after all the reviews. But it wasn't actually bad at all.. the owner replied quickly. Also, let us have a later check-in, which was super helpful! Good location and was clean! Needs more cutlery, glasses, mugs, etc.

• Daniel (1/5): We didn't stay due to issues with host. - The host was slow to respond to questions (at times several days between responses), and then when we were just about to check it, he sent a message via WhatsApp asking for pictures of our IDs. We weren't comfortable with that, and asked if we could show in person, but he said that was the only way, and that we could ask for a cancellation. It was already after the cancellation period, but we submitted the "free cancellation" option. As of today (8 days later), we haven't received a refund. Elevated to Booking, and awaiting their response.
• Taylor (1/5): Awful - Nothing The least clean place I’ve ever stayed. Mail piled up at the front door once you’ve got through the flies they greet you. Dirty laundry left in the washing machine and mould growing in the fridge. Stains on almost everything and the bath didn’t even have handles to run water. We had to book alternative accommodation and received a response from the owner of ‘oh I’m surprised’ and that is all

• Mahmoud (5/5): Good location but not clean apartment.. - The location is good and nearby everything, but if hygiene and cleaning is your priority, forget about it

• Nevena (3/5): Not worth the price!!! - The location was okay, 15 min away from the subway. The beds were comfortable. But this was all!! It was extremely dirty, the bathroom was with a lot of mold on the walls and the floor. When we arrived, there was no heating in the whole apartment, in the kitchen there was water on the whole floor, there was laundry in the washing machine and in the drier, which stayed there during our whole stay (4 days) and started to smell very badly, refrigerator was not working, the glasses and the plates in the kitchen were not clean, everything was sticky and not well maintained. After 4 hours the host told us how to turn on the heating on the first day (visit in December, with 2 small children), he promised to send cleaning personnel, but nobody came, even after asking and asking again and again for that. There is an iron, but it is leaking water, so it was leaving stains on the ironed clothes. You even could not take a normal shower as the water in the bathroom was not flowing normally. In conclusion, we were forced to come to the apartment only to sleep. For that price - definitely not worthy!!!
• Vilma (5/5): Passable - The size of the flat was good. There was a washing machine and dryer. The flat was fine. But it is on the third floor without lift and there is no mention of this anywhere on the ad. I struggled to go up and down. The flat was ok but far from "LUXURY".
• Cyrille (7/5): Good for london and acceptable price - Well located, host is very responsive 3 lots of stairs to get up. No matches for the gas to cook.
