- li (10/5): - A beautiful house very close to nature, with a lovely backyard where kangaroos often come by. You can even have a fire here. The host, Kristy, was incredibly warm and gave me a tour of the whole area with lots of introductions. There’s also a pool to enjoy on a summer day. not at all
- Sharon (10/5): -
- Theresa (8/5): Perfect retreat for our girls getaway and catchup. - We had a lovely quiet stay and everything was great. The fresh eggs in the fridge were a bonus. Lovely property if you want to get away from all the hustle and bustle of life. Highly recommend and the host was very friendly and helpful. One couch is a slightly uncomfortable in that it felt like we were going to slip off but the other one was perfect.
- Paulina (8/5): Lovely, peaceful stay in nature with nice facilities and friendly host. - Peaceful, surrounded by nature and lots of animals to see. Very comfortable bed and aircon in main bedroom! Second bedroom was quite hot, even with the small
fan on. Felt a little cluttered in the kitchen, but definitely had everything you needed if you wanted to cook a lot!
- Mark (9/5): Perfect location to unwind, relax whilst still being in close proximity to usual attractions at Mt Tambourine or Gold Co - Proximity to Mt Tamborine and Gold Coast, fireplace, tranquility, wildlife, clean well kept home and surroundings, well stocked kitchen for cooking or baking and Netflix. Nothing.
- Anne (10/5): magnificent- We will return - Amazing host. So helpful and charming. We felt so welcome. Facilities were amazing. Wild life put on a great show for us.
- MEGAN (10/5): - Lovely property and Kristy was very welcoming! Location is convenient for getting to Tamborine mountain and all the activities, but still feels secluded and relaxing. Perfect countryside getaway!
Spending an evening by the fire pit watching the stars was a particular highlight for us. As was the sauna!
- Deborah (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful location, we really enjoyed the wildlife and variety of activities that suited all ages staying. (11 to 87 years). Our host was super responsive to our needs. We can't wait to visit again when the weather is warmer and take a dip in the creek. Nothing
- Craig (10/5): Quiet, relaxing and the perfect escape to nature for the family. - Quiet, relaxing and the perfect escape to nature.
The cottage is well equipped, very comfortable and clean and set on a beautiful farm which we enjoyed exploring. Kristy was the perfect host.
- Pegado (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed there with my wife and 2 boys and it was amazing. We loved the energy, the animals, the place has an amazing vibe to it and it's super clean and organised.
- Nat (10/5): Genuinely caring host with a beautiful and healing home. Private with everything you need. - Kristy was an incredible host and helped us to not only feel welcome but also grounded and relaxed. We were so lucky to have found this treasure, and truely, Kristy reminded me of the beauty of dealing with humans that care - such a different experience from a hotel, for example. We arrived at night after an international flight and this was no fuss for her, plus she helped us organise dinner. She didn’t have to of course, but she genuinely cared, and we are so grateful. The private sauna was incredible and the house was expansive and beautiful with everything you need. A little note on the blackboard celebrating our anniversary was a lovely touch. It’s less than a 30min drive to Mount Tambourine and we loved the journey. Boyland feels private and tranquil, which is what we were looking for. Don’t hesitate - book this home! Super loved it, and want to bring the kids back to enjoy the bird and animal life too. Thanks Kristy ♥️
- Minky (10/5): Wildlife on your doorstep - Kristy was a fantastic host and very welcoming. The cottage had everything we needed for our week long stay. Well equipped with all the kitchen utensils and odds and ends you need to feel at home.
The property was a great view into nature, with many birds, wallabies and other wildlife coming straight up to the back door.
Really comfy, home feeling to the place.
Would stay here again for sure. Nothing negative to say, honestly.
- Cassandra (10/5): Quite peaceful retreat with sauna & fireplace plus much more. - We booked last minute, which only gave 30 minutes notice, due to our other accommodation being double booked. Kristy was amazing, super helpful & friendly. But also gave us our space. Nothing was a hassle & the place exceeded our expectations as it was raining & we weren't keen to go out, but there were plenty of awesome extras to keep us entertained & create a very relaxing & fun weekend away. With the added bonus of some lovely welcome gifts, fresh flowers & waking up to fresh eggs left for us. The kitchen is also well stocked & lots of additional condiments & extras to use. Great hosts & super peaceful spot.
- Ashlee (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely little cottage, great area and lovely host. Received a cute little gift upon arrival and was shown around the property.
- Kylie (7/5): Beautiful lush surroundings, with possums, parrots and kangaroos at your door. The cottage had great facilities perfect - Lovely lush surroundings, house had a great layout, lovely location. Very comfy bed and bedding. Our host Kristy was super helpful and friendly. Loves the chickens and complimentary eggs thank you! Perhaps I missed it but it wasn’t clear to me the property had 2-3 properties on the same site.
- Rebecca (9/5): Superb - I loved the nature that is part of this place, butterflies in the morning, birds & wallabies in the evening. The host, Kristy is amazing and very welcoming. My children loved feeding the chickens and felt so relaxed here. The layout of the cottage also had a nice feel to it.
- Gayani (10/5): Exceptional - It's such a beautiful place. Kristy was very nice and helpful. We never got bored as there were plenty of things to do on the property. Highly recommend!
- Lenore (8/5): Very good - Comfy beds spacious for the five of us. Kids loved the wildlife and feeding the animals. Very quiet and relaxing break. Kristy was a great host and nothing was a drama for her. Having the pool there on a hot weekend was a blessing.
- Sean (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing stay in a beautiful part of the world. Kirsty (host) was brilliant and friendly, and we had a great stay. Will defs return (even though we dont go anywhere twice!!!) ;)
- Anastasia (10/5): The owner Kristy, is amazing, we had a small problem with a toaster short circuiting and Kristy helped us straight away. - The house was perfect. There was everything you could think of available. A home away from home really. My son loved seeing all the chickens roaming around and kangaroos, even a cat or two popped by. We definitely will stay again!
- Deb (9/5): Superb - Greeted by host on arrival,
Friendly and relaxed environment
Beds are very comfortable, and the extra touches, such as fresh milk and eggs, are a pleasant surprise.
- De (9/5): Gorgeous little cottage in beautiful country setting with a lovely host! - Kristy was a beautiful host who took the time to show us around her gorgeous property and made us feel right at home. The cottage was super comfy, main bed was amazing! Stunning gardens, beautiful fireplace and loved the sauna! My daughters (9 and 11) just loved being able to feed the chickens each day, putting seed out for the abundance of birds and for the little wallabies too, they especially loved the bag of m&m's left at the front door by Kristy to thank them for feeding the chooks!. It felt safe and we could let our girls be free, including down by the beautiful creek. They took some little toys and played down there for a few hours even in the rain. I can only imagine how gorgeous the creek is in summer! I did the sauna and took myself for a cold plunge twice in the creek. The water is so clear!
- Krystel (10/5): Exceptional - The friendly host is warm & welcoming. The house has a great atmosphere. The cottage has

Nothing.
