- Murray (4/5): Love Burleigh Heads, but will look for different accommodation provider - Good location, pleasant views. This property has a lot of potential with some maintaining and improved management. Basically there was no amenities, declined request for extra towels:( several lights not working, old washing machine is disgustingly dirty and mouldy, dryer didn’t work and I had to unclog caked up dust from the rear inlet vents! We had to go purchase a new clothes horse because there’s were totally rusted! Pathetic pillows not fit for purpose, purchased our own! Shower head broken and bloody useless. broken cupboards hinges. Aircon filters are full of dust. Shame this is a very poorly managed property.
