• Cristiana (1/5): Disapointed!!! Very unserious! When i arrived in athena they called me to tell that the appartment was double booking an -
• Jaroslav (1/5): Horrible support, horrible behaviour, stay as far away from them as possible!! - Upon arrival to Athens noone was picking up phone and even that I stated that we will arrive later while booking this place untill very last moment no comunications. After some time owner picked up and was arogant and yelling at me, in the end he did not cared where I will stay overnight and hang up on me and never picked up again. Even when calling Booking support they could not reach him. They happily took money, claimed 24/7 support and in the end left me stranded with no solution and no place to sleep.
• KaserN7 (7/5): - Good location, close to the center, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean, no cigarette smell. A new washing machine but poorly connected so all the dirty water went to the floor. Modern and quiet good shower. The beds were normal. Air conditioning was normal The host was 1.5 hours late and didn’t reply to the phone, so we didn’t know what to do. Guys, install a keybox and problem will be solved. Internet wasn't stable. Noisy at night time, but I think it is normal for thatlocation
• Jo Bozinoff (1/5): Unresponsive Host & Poor Conditions - Nice modern shower We had multiple issues during our stay. An early check-in was confirmed for 1:00 PM, but no one was there, and the host only arrived much later. The washing machine was old, mouldy, and not working—despite repeated messages, no one came to fix it, forcing us to hand-wash clothes. The apartment also had a musty smell and signs of indoor smoking, making it uncomfortable. Communication was slow and unhelpful. We tried to cancel our second stay a month later with a full refund, but the host ignored us and Booking.com until 48 hours before check-in. Overall, a very disappointing experience and we would not return.
• Jo Bozinoff (4/5): Uncomfortable Apartment - Reluctantly this was the 2nd time we stayed at this property and (I tried to cancel but hosts would not respond to me or booking.com) there were improvements from my last visit. The cleaner let us in, the room had been cleaned well and smelt of bleach. A new washing machine had been installed (although not plumbed in) This time host was responsive The apartment was uncomfortable and poorly equipped. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were terrible. The couch was extremely uncomfortable, and the two AC units were very noisy and not very effective. There was nowhere to store clothing—some dresser or shelving would have been helpful. The building’s graffiti was off-putting, and on top of all this, the host attempted to charge €30 per night for a non-existent third guest.

• Bridget (10/5): We felt very safe and had a great time. - The location was perfect! There’s a lot to do within walking distance and the neighborhood is very lively. Our host was very friendly and met us at the door. The apartment is clean and more spacious than we were expecting. The balcony has a nice street view. We couldn’t get the wifi to work, but we didn’t try very hard. I’m sure if we asked the host, he would have helped us figure it out.
• Vipasana (10/5): Great stay in a lively neighborhood - Excellent location and apartment! We happened to book this property by chance and did not realize how close we were to great restaurants, nightlife, and landmarks. The rooms get plenty of natural light and the place has a cute little balcony. The building has its own old-school charm but the apartment itself was rather modern. Great value.

• Panagiotis (8/5): 8 - All was perfect , good host , the apartment located on the 2nd floor. The lift in a bit old , we have used the stairs A few things in the apt weren't working , but it was fixed by the owner Very close to merto Thisio and Monasteraki , close to more attractive tourists restaurants. For a short stay it's a nice area. The building from ourside, it's lookes a bit scarry ) But this is norm for Athens.

• Konstantinos (10/5): Exceptional - I loved that place! Such a beautiful apartment in the heart of Athens, very quiet and very close to metro station Monastiraki and Ermou street. The place was so clean and cozy, the host was very gentle and we had an easy and great communication. I would strongly recommend it for more travellers too, even for a family! Thank you Dimitris!

Noise insulation is pretty effective especially considering its central Athens location. Generally very comfortable apartment. Very helpful host. Minor improvement regarding clothing storage, perhaps a small compact shelving unit?
• Alan (8/5): Excellent location - Excellent location, Stylish apartment, nice balcony, Shower tube was leaking water near the head when on. A fixture to mount the shower on the wall for hands free would be helpful also
• Khyum (5/5): Stay here only during winter - Room was located at a good location. Inhouse Washing machine was a plus point. There was no AC in the bedroom, and we had to use the sofa bed in the living room because AC was in the living room only. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. AC in the living room was not cooling much, and the air pressure was very low. Ac remote was also not working. Hence, I could not change the fan pressure setting. Informed the room owner about this by whatsapp, and he did not respond to my messages. Also, I took a video of the remote control and sent it to him. Maybe it wouldn't have been such a bad experience during winter time, but for mid-September temperatures, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

• Dimitris (8/5): Very good overall. - Excellent location, a very tidy and clean place. Friendly owners. Two tables were broken, they need to be fixed asap. The shower door didn't close properly. There was no air condition in the room which might be a problem during winter or summer time.
