- Jewelie (10/5): - Everything felt welcoming. Host was polite and easy to communicate with. House, verandah and surroubds all very clean & tdy. Perfect living spaces. Undercover parking really good. Driveway takes a little bit of negoitating.... our car went well but could potentially be a little challenging for some. No complaints though. The host provided for us quite well!. Couple of minor things... paper towel to do bbq stuff would be handy, as would dishwashing liquid and a tea towel. The dishwasher and tablets however worked just fine.
- Mikale (10/5): Very peaceful - The rooms could have had air conditioning but that is the only thing, everything else was great
- Lorna (2/5): Expensive, uncomfortable stay. - The decor was sweet and the surroundings were peaceful. The people at check in were friendly. There was no air conditioning and the small number of fans in the house did not get to a high speed to offer any relief. The screens were dodgy so this allowed bugs to get in. It was so hot all the windows needed to be open to allow air flow however when it rained (relief for the temperature) the rain came through the windows. Every night was a struggle to sleep because of the temperature and the beds were very hard and the pillows were very flat. Each morning we would wake up wet - was it from sweat, rain or the mugginess of the weather. What upset me the most was the cost of the stay - so expensive and we were so uncomfortable and unhappy it was such a waste of our money!. We had booked a whole week stay but ended up leaving after 4 days, so disappointing. The hosts were not interested in providing any reimbursement or solutions saying their description of the property was very upfront. I disagree - nothing was said about air-con, just because you don't say anything doesn't mean you are upfront that you don't have any - I mean what place in north qld doesn't have air-con!. This place might be great in winter, but don't torture yourself during the summer months.

- Vicki (10/5): Beautiful place to stay, with wonderful hosts. - The hosts for this property were helpful beyond what I could have imagined. Nothing was too hard to fix, and service was prompt and cheerful. I felt like I was home. The house itself is well equipped, with all the best quality white goods, crockery, cutlery and everything you need. It is spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We stayed there for a month, and it was good for my elderly mum. She had the bedroom next to the bathroom, and it was safe for her as there were no steps involved in getting between them. The setting is beautiful, with tropical forest all around, accompanied by inspiring wildlife like kookaburras.
- Desiree (9/5): Wonderful! - The treehouse is comfortable, wonderfully decorated and very well supplied. Swift communication with the host A small mark on the street entrance (house number) would make it easier to find the house arriving for the first time

- Hugh (10/5): Loved it and would definitely recommend it -

- Rahul (8/5): Very good -
- Jackie (10/5): Treehouse heaven - The tree house is the perfect name for this heavenly space, which feels like sleeping in a comfortable rainforest. Open, airy rooms with trees all around, it feels like a tropical oasis. Big clean bathroom and bedrooms and a fabulous location, only a short walk from the Arcadia shops and restaurants.
- Melanie (10/5): Rainforest retreat - Such a cute place, set in a serene rainforest with amazing views.
- Jody (7/5): Good - That it is secluded and quiet. The phone reception is not good. Mosquito's were terrible.
- Silvia (10/5): Exceptional - Very modern renovated unique hideaway surrounded by rainforest. View from the balcony is stunning. Kitchen is very well equipped. Comfy bed. Walking distance to the bus and Alma Bay. Wifi was working in the morning and afternoon, for the rest we had telstra coverage most of the time. Aircon might be handy in the future excspecially during rainy season to keep things dry.
- Jade (8/5): Very good -
- Sharn (9/5): Superb -
- Sophie (9/5): Superb - Very nice location, peaceful. Very clean and comfortable place. Modern and very well equipped. Would come back for sure. A bit pricey.
A lot of mosquitos on the balcony and around the house even during the day but the owner had left us some efficient spray.
- Erin (9/5): Superb -
- Lia (7/5): Good - only thing that let us down was no aircon
- Brenton (10/5): Loved our stay in secluded rainforest retreat! - Beautiful renovated property in a rainforest Oven was hard to use
- Heather (10/5): Absolutely brilliant. We’ll be back at the Treehouse! - Very clean, comfortable bed, dryer is a massive win for accom in FNQ. Stylish and well equipped for basic holiday cooking, with a brilliant new Weber Family bbq. Just around the corner from the bus route, short walk to Alma. Nil
- Melissa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephanie (8/5): We had a nice time here and would recommend to others - Good location, clean and comfortable beds, nice layout of the house and pleasing to look at. Nice that there were puzzles there since we had rain most of the time Needed more items in the kitchen, dressers in the bedrooms, coffee table and a couple of chairs for the living room { we had to use the patio chairs outside to be seated comfortably), and a shelf inside the shower to hold soap, shampoos etc.
- Birgit (10/5): Exceptional - The house was just stunning, really loved the decor, very nicely designed interior. Nice and quiet street, very clean, had everything we needed and lots of space for a family of 4. Walking distance to the best beach on the island. Friendly host. One of the best holiday rentals we have ever stayed in. Will visit again.
- Sarah (9/5): Superb - Lovely ambience, comfortable beds and furniture, quiet area. Good location close to Alma Bay (my favourite). Owners very responsive and couldn't do enough to make sure all was OK. No problems at all, minor suggestion would be shower rack for soap and a broom for the sand the kids inevitably bring back from the beach.
