- Leonie (3/5): Inconvenience with only one set of keys for two couples - Location was perfect Well we arrived and the people before us took a set of keys so we only had one set between two couples and you need the keys to get into the lift so it was a huge inconvenience and offered no compensation just that it was a human error and also no cutlery no forks or egg flips we cooked our own breakfast as I have a lot of diet requirements I cook my own and we had to turn with the knives I was totally surprised no cutlery

- Teresa (6/5): Pleasant - The keys are off site and inconvenient, it was nice but it was not homely, no condiments or staples so we had to eat out as it was not worth spending the money on basics like olive oil salt pepper ect There were no keys to the pool or garage If it had been set up more like a home and easier it would have been great. It was also too expensive for what it was.
