• Emilie (5/5): Logement confortable mais expérience très négative - Arrivée flexible, logement bien équipé, situé dans un quartier calme, légèrement excentré mais restant proche du centre. Sur ces seuls aspects je recommanderais le logement. Expérience globale malheureusement mauvaise : le logement était à priori partagé, sans que cela ne soit clairement indiqué (nous avions filtrer notre recherche par logement entier uniquement exprès). Le propriétaire est entré dans l’appartement, puis dans la chambre, sans prévenir en amont, ni frapper, alors que je dormais. Cela a créé un réel sentiment d’insécurité autant sur le moment que sur le reste du séjour. Je peux comprendre qu'un malentendu puisse arriver mais aucune excuse n'a été formulée par la suite, ce qui a fortement impacté la fin du séjour. Je ne pense pas que cela se produise régulièrement toutefois c'est tombé sur nous et ça se doit d'être notifié.

• Cynthia Tatiana (9/5): Amsterdam en familia - La ubicación es genial, si te gusta caminar, puedes llegar hasta el mismo centro, y más allá, caminando. Además la zona es tranquila. El departamento calza perfecto para 4 personas, había de todo para cocinar e incluso nos dejaron cafecito para prepararnos, lo cual estuvo excelente. La comunicación con Alejandro fue muy buena e incluso, amablemente nos permitió dejar nuestras maletas posterior al check out para poder seguir disfrutando de la ciudad. La pasamos muy bien en Amsterdam, recomiendo venir a este depa. Cuando llegamos pasadas las 3pm aún estaban limpiando el depa, demoraron un poco más y nos lo entregaron limpio, todo bien. Se debería evaluar el cambio de toallas ya que algunas se veían ya muy gastadas y al ser blancas, aun es más difícil que se vean pulcras.
