You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Argime (1/5): Bad - Beautiful pool and location Fire Alarm system went off two nights in a row No explanation some people got told to evacuate whilst others didn’t no proper evacuation system no one knew what was happening or what to do. Extremely disappointing.

Veenu (10/5): Beautiful location n apartment but technology and key pickup were inconvenient. - The accomodation, location was excellent It was too technical which means it involved too much technology. Moreover, collecting the keys from a different location is very inconvenient. Rather it should be in the same building where one is staying.
Kieran (1/5): Extremely disappointing - Location Putrid smell throughout the entire apartment, room view not as advertised, room configuration not as advertised, apartment was not clean, contents of dishwasher dirty, carpets dirty, floor dirty.
Colleen (8/5): On top of the world with ocean suites - Location is fabulous on 72 floor overlooking the Gold Coast. We enjoyed dinner at Calabrase downstairs. Loved the easy access with computer run elevators. This was a brilliant location to view the Pacific Airshow. We found bedding sparse we couldn’t find extra blankets only 2, pillows not the best. Few extra additions like improving bedding, providing coffee pods basics (no garbage bags) would bring star rating up..sometimes it’s the little things. Check in at 3 and out at 9 is crazy for the amount you’re paying..12 noon would have been reasonable.
Riccardo (9/5): It was good to get away for a bit - Very nice apartment in a new building. Very clean and the views were spectacular being on the 66th floor! It had 3 bedrooms so enough room for a family. High end appliances (smeg) and high quality finishes throughout. Only downside was the lack of basic amenities. It’s an apartment so wasn’t expecting a fully stocked kitchen but very basic things were missing such as salt and pepper and oil. I’ve stayed at other similar apartments that had these basics to help. There were two towels per room and mini shampoo, conditioner and soap available however.
Shadia (7/5): Great place to stay for the view but nothing else - The view and right across from the beach is a bonus The car park, so confusing at first and annoying that you have to go from the back of the building . The elevator system, lift will be going up but you can not use and that lift isn’t assigned to you. Not knowing what level the lift is . Lifts take too long to come. If lift is busy will tell you to try again later.
