• Lucie (4/5): Skvělá lokalita, ale vhodné jen na přespání - Lokalita ubytování je skvělá, vila je zvenku nádherná. Auto jsme mohli zaparkovat v areálu (i když z předchozí komunikace jsem si tím nebyla jistá) a klíče nám nakonec předala paní Eva, která byla moc milá. Koupelna byla obrovská, kuchyň ucházející, ale tu jsme nakonec nevyužili. Bohužel ubytování nesplnilo očekávání a přitom stačil pořádný úklid a nějaké peníze investovat do lepšího zařízení. Také komunikace ohledně ubytování v angličtině byla zvláštní a u check outu jsme měli nakonec opět paní, která byla češka, ale evidentně neměla dobrý den a byla velmi nepříjemná. Nulové soukromí, dveře šli zamknout "na heslo" a díky "papírové příčce mezi pokoji, jste slyšeli, jak váš soused dýchal....

• Julia (2/5): - Good outer look of the house. Nice district. Poor inside furniture equipment, highly outdated. The cleanness of the apartment was the worst we’ve ever seen, only the bedsheets were replaced, but the rest was in a highly-used state by previous tenants. After contacting the landlord asking to bring the apartment in order, they promised to handle this but just a little workaround was done making zero to none difference. The experience we received does not correlate with the stated price.

Lavato quella camera chi sa da quanti anni questo non sia accaduto. Per finirla Salta la corrente e siamo rimasti al Buoi totale. Ia mattina dopo ho lasciato la Struttura e vorrei denunciarli per Truffa. Un porcile sarebbe stato Piu umano o magari Simile.

The views from the room are gorgeous and had fun with the long term residents, very easy to get to the trams from here. The walls are very thin, but that can be expected of an older house

• Nayra (1/5): Muy poca limpieza. - Está a 20 min del centro en tranvía. Nosotras no somos muy exigentes con esto, pero estaba realmente en muy malas condiciones de higiene y limpieza. Cuando llegamos había botes y cosas de los huéspedes anteriores que no se habían retirado. Vimos por lo menos 5-6 arañas enormes, telarañas grandes por las paredes que llevarían ahí meses, y muy poca limpieza cualquier rincón estaba lleno de suciedad. La primera noche tuvimos que dormir en la bañera porque me picó una araña y alrededor de la cama había muchos insectos. Tuvimos que pedir que limpiaran la habitación y aún así cuando volvimos seguían quedando telarañas. En resumen, muy muy mala limpieza, Vicent era muy amable pero debería de cambiar el personal de limpieza, porque está claro que no realiza nada bien su trabajo. Y podría sacar mucho más partido de sus instalaciones, que desde luego, están en muy muy malas condiciones. Quiero dejarlo claro porque en parte reservamos porque no vimos ningún comentario que hablara de esto, y el olor del edificio en general también era desagradable.

• Synk (8/5): Nietypowe miejsce noclegowe z klimatem, blisko rzeki i komunikacji miejskiej - plusem była lokalizacja - cisza, brak ruchu ulicznego. Dostępny aneks kuchenny. Na dwa noclegi jest w sam raz. Mieliśmy gorsze. Niższa cena jest jednak skutkiem stanu obiektu. Mieliśmy dość duży pokój z dużą łazienką, i kiwającym się łóżkiem. Sympatyczny właściciel. Obiekt z potencjałem. Klimat lekko Azerski (bo to był kiedyś obiekt w rękach ambasady Azerbejdżanu). Dostępny basen oraz prywatny parking (jednak trochę trudny do parkowania dla motocykli). Willa w trakcie remontu (elewacji)...a co z resztą? Właściwie wszystko już opisano w innych komentarzach z tego roku.

• Jess (7/5): A quiet retreat that has seen better days. - Vincent was very kind and knowledgable about the area. The villa is very grand, withlarge rooms and in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk from tram to town centre or shopping centre. It is rather tired and could be easily improved with some minor maintainence - such as block out blinds and fixing the gates. The pool was out of action - although we didn't find out about this until just before the stay - not that it would hav changed our minds, but would have been appreciated on the warmer days.

• Stanisław (1/5): Bad - Description of the rented space is a disaster. By the description it have to be an apartment but in reality it's a room. All the spaces except private room are shared with the owner and another renters. That wasn't mentioned in the info about the house. Also there were a renovation works outside of the building and we got no information about that. On top of that, my car was blocked on leaving by a lot of branches folded right behind the car. We have to burn the rubber to get out.

I turned on the electric heater next to my bed and it still didn't help... - The front gate needs fixing, the lock is wobbly.

• Demirbaş (8/5): Very good - it was a good experience that staying in an old consulate building and its history was actually interesting. everything was good and comfy. staff was good location was not close to touristic city attractions so you need to use public transportations or uber a lot. for leisure time location is not a problem. also we couldnt break the cold weather inside the room but if you are in an old building it is always a risk.
• Veronika (8/5): Very good - A beautiful villa with the older equipment, it has its own charm. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect communication with the owner, who was kind, friendly and went out of his way to accomodate us. The upstairs bathroom was adequate for a one night stay, only the toilet was a bit cold due to the lack of heating. Anyway, the price/quality ratio was great and I will definitely stay here again on anither short trip.

It was véry cosy. There is a shared kirchen. Toilets and bathroom are separately. It is not clean enough in the kirchen. The house needs rénovation .
