Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

- Elise (7/5): Place to enjoy tbe beauty of Red Rocks - the best beach on the island - The kitchen and living area was relaxing and the outdoor decking and hammock was well used. The doors in the sleeping areas did not close properly making it difficult for us to keep the dogs in the top end of the house.
- Carolyn (7/5): We have stayed at this house 3 times now as it suits our extended family with two small dogs. It’s a very good location - Love the alfresco area. Unfortunately the weather meant it wasn’t used as much as usual over our 9 nights. Our grandchildren really enjoy the outdoor bath on the alfresco deck after being at the beach. Being fully fenced for the dogs is great. The wifi only worked for the first 36 hours over our 9 nights and the tv stopped working after 36 hours due to the extremely windy weather. A technician fixed it promptly but the remote did not work properly at all for trying to change channels or the volume on the tv. It was very frustrating. Also the shower head does not stay up and needs to be continually pushed back up while showering. It has been like that for a couple of years now.

- Carolyn (9/5): A relaxing summer holiday spot for an extended family to enjoy. - The large alfresco deck area straight off the dining room. Fully fenced for dogs and the close proximity to Red Rocks Beach. The kitchen was well stocked with multiple plates, mugs, cutlery etc but had very limited dishes to cook with. Having stayed here before I took lots of extra cooking dishes to cater for the 6 of us.
- Ann (8/5): Comfortable stay - Lovely place to stay, a little dated but comfortable beds, lovely outdoor area and secure for bigger dogs, small hole in fence where a smaller dog could escape but have flagged with property management If you are on a budget u will enjoy your stay Walking distance to beach Would stay again Loved the hammock Comfortable couch Lovely outdoor area with bbq Able to have dogs on holiday with us
- Chris (7/5): Cosy getaway - Location - five minutes walk to the beach and short drive to Cowes town centre. Easy access into house. Basic amenities.
- Kaylene (7/5): Third stay at property and enjoyed out experience overall - Like the location and relaxed feel Some small items need attention eg. the broken handrail in bathroom, light globes need replacing, BBQ and outdoor area not cleaned
