• Jay (6/5): - The location is good for me The price is not clear when I'm booking. Why the cleansing fee is too high and have the property fee? One my mistake is not check again on email because I already saw the price on website is included all of service, but when I come to check in and the price is higher alot, from around 400rm to 1400rm. That look like scam. Don't ask me why I don't change, because I have emergency so when I come and see the real price, I cannot cancel and change immediately to another hotel or airbnb.

No malgastes dinero llendo allí - Solo las vistas pero sin bañarte porque no dejan bañarte en bikini por la religión, dicen que son normas del edificio pero para nada es RELIGIÓN! Sin más! Las prohibiciones para bañarte y la gente se mete con ropa, cosa que a mí en particular lo veo anti higiénico. La persona que te da las llaves parece que te estuviera haciendo el favor. Si no les gusta trabajar de cara al público renuncia porque se nota en la cara la amargura. Gente perezosa que está cansada de tener el culo en la silla, no le pongo menos puntuación porque no se puede. Es un sitio horrible por los pasillos hay cucarachas y la gente dejar su basura en los pasillos. Cuidado si viajas sola porque los de la seguridad son unos acosadores, los reconocerás porque casi todos son Indios. Uno de ellos en especial es de lo peor, adjunto la foto para que se le reconozca y se pueda ir con cuidado.

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely unpleasant. ⚠️ This company openly insults guests and treats them with zero respect. Think twice before booking. ⚠️ First of all, the staff are rude, do not respect personal boundaries, and behave as if they have the right to enter the apartment at any time. Check-in is stated as from 15:00, but in order to actually get checked in at that time, we had to repeatedly remind and literally beg the staff to come. And they don't, we have to call them again. It truly felt like the company is not interested in renting out the apartments at all. Secondly, after check-in, we were suddenly told that we needed to pay a security deposit of 200 RM (~$50) in cash only, which was never mentioned beforehand. The check-out time is strictly between 10:00 and 12:00, and if you need to check out earlier — you must negotiate separately, which already sounded strange to us. A day before departure, we asked the staff to come exactly at 10:00, since we had a flight. Instead, we received a message saying that a company employee would come at 00:00 midnight to return the deposit — meaning we were expected to stay awake and wait for someone in the middle of the night. Absurd, but fine — we waited. At midnight, the staff member showed up and tried to enter the apartment to “check it,” despite the fact that it was midnight. When we called the manager, he spoke to us in a rude and insulting manner, telling us we should “use our brains” and let someone into the apartment in the middle of the night if we wanted our deposit back. And what’s the point of checking the apartment and returning the deposit in the middle of the night, so that in the morning we could leave without any inspection — makes absolutely no sense. It’s obvious they simply wanted to barge into the apartment in the middle of the night. Everything above

The view of the KL skyline was beautiful, especially at night. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was easy. We did absolutely nothing wrong yet they refused our deposit...This is completely unfair and dishonest. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior from apartment staff. Be careful they try to blame guest for things they didn't do just to keep your deposit. Absolutely terrible experience! The staff were rude and completely unprofessional. They accused us of causing a blood stain on the pillow even though it was already there before we checked in. They even made disrespectful comments toward my wife, which was shocking and unacceptable. On top of that, they refused to return our deposit and we had to pay RM42 for parking using Touch’nGo — no proper guidance or reimbursement. This apartment is dishonest, poorly managed, and has zero respect for guests. I’ll never stay here again and I don’t recommend anyone to come here.

Por poner algo: no había toallas en la habitación. Solo hay 4 ascensores para 35 plantas y las esperas se hacen un poco largas.

Accoglienza discutibile, non facilissimo trovare la “reception” (che consiste in una stanza con sedie e qualche signore che ti registra i passaporti); oltretutto ci è stata chiesto di lasciare una cauzione (che non abbiamo lasciato) senza che fosse indicato nella prenotazione. Pulizia della stanza discutibile, presente una blatta. Doccia rotta.
