- Marcelo Javier (1/5): No paguen los 25 euros porque no te adelantan el check in. - Ofrecen el servicio de adelantar el check in y abonar 25 euros para la entrega de las llaves, cuando llegamos nos dijeron que aun no estaba listo el depto para ser entregado, que volvamos a las 2 hs. Lo cual reclame porque no se respeta con el beneficio de pagar para tener el depto en ese momento, para eso no pagaba e iba directamente a las 15 hs que es gratuito. Luego de eso el anfitrion cancelo la reserva de booking diciendo que fue un error y que debiamos pagarle directamente a ellos, claramente una avivada para no pagar la comision. juegan con la desesperacion del turista, realmente no recomiendo hospedarse aca ya que no fueron para nada amables y nos parecio que jugaron con nuestro tiempo y dinero. Lo unico bueno la ubicacion.

- Alfredo (1/5): Appartamento da non conferme alle immagini - Niente Appartamento con muffa (NERA) in bagno ce n’è tantissima il divano non è bianco ma marrone ed è totalmente sporco specialmente di (MACCHIE BIANCHE NON SI SA COSA SIANO.
Internet non funzionante mentre dove si mettono i piatti per fare asciugare c’è tantissima ruggine… immagini dell’annuncio non sono conforme con l’appartamento reale…
Cercate di trovare altro perché se no vi rovinate il soggiorno a Barcellona…
Non ne vale la pena soggiorna in questo appartamento perché è tutto da rivedere.

- Kurt (6/5): - Konumu iyi sahrada familaya çok yakındı. Önünden otobüs alt yoldan tramway geçtiği için her yeri gezme olanağı bulduk. Klima eski idi doğru dürüst istemiyordu. Banyo da cam yok. Küf vardı ve kokuyordu. Yatak odasın bu nedenle nemli idi. Çamaşır makinesi çalışmıyordu. Çamaşırların ıslak kaldı yıkama yerlerine taşıyıp yıkadık. Onun haricinde iyi idi.

- Julia (5/5): What a place - The check-in process was smooth and well-organized. Communication with the host upon arrival was great—they provided clear, simple instructions to collect the key, which was stored about 1.5–2 km from the apartment. We had to pick it up ourselves because our flight was delayed and we arrived late, but the process was easy to follow and went smoothly.
The apartment was in a good location just a few steps from La Sagrada Família. It had a nice interior design with good overall storage space. One detail we appreciated was that the kitchen and bathroom supplies came in clean, sealed packages—things like a new dish sponge, dish soap, cleaning cloths, as well as shampoo, body lotion, and a small soap bar in the bathroom. In a previous apartment, we had found a dish sponge with a moldy stench, so this was a reassuring and hygienic touch. There was also access to Netflix (though we didn’t use it), which could be a nice bonus for longer stays. A small blanket for the living room would have made the space feel cozier, especially in the evenings.
A helpful tip for future guests: the apartment is located in the attic on the 7th floor, but each floor in the building uses the same door numbers (1, 2, and 3). We accidentally tried to open someone else’s door at first—something we’d never experienced before—so be sure you’re on the right floor before matching the door number. There was stagnant, smelly water left in the washing machine for days, and unfortunately, I placed my clothes inside before realizing. The host didn’t resolve the issue, so I had to pay extra to use a laundromat.
The coffee machine was unusable. It had coffee grinds in the water reservoir, and although we attempted to clean it and brew one pot of coffee, it just didn’t work. The host could have at least provided filters for the American-style machine—or better yet, included a simple moka pot. Some salt, sugar, and oil would have been a bonus.
The bathroom was a major concern: it was completely covered in black mold. At first, we thought the tiles just looked that way, but we quickly realized that nearly every tile and grout line was affected. It made the space feel very unhygienic. The sink was already very small and was made worse by a shelf placed directly above it, making it uncomfortable to use.
The couch was one of the most off-putting elements. It had visible stains and felt filthy. There was even a rip in the upholstery that had been hidden under a decorative pillow—those same pillows smelled unfresh, like they hadn’t been washed in years. This really took away from the comfort of the space.
And although the apartment had air conditioning, the space still felt hot and humid. Even when it was chilly outside, stepping out onto the tiny balcony felt like walking into a sauna—clearly showing a lack of airflow and proper ventilation inside the entire building.
Overall, the apartment has potential, but it feels like the host is more focused on income rather than guest experience. There’s a clear lack of attention to cleanliness, comfort, and detail. If you can find something similarly priced that’s better maintained it’s probably worth considering another option. For us it was just a last minute thing.

Ya geldiğimizde duş başlığının kırık olduğunu söylediler, tamir edicek kişinin birazdan geleceğini, evde tek anahtar olduğunu, bu yüzden de tamirci gelene kadar orda beklememiz gerektiğini söylediler. Biz evde beklerden hiçbir muhattap bulamadık. Tüm bunlar yaşanırken bizden checkin ücreti adı altında HİZMET bedeli olarak 25euro aldılar. Ben o odayı wifi olduğu için ve kişiye özel banyo olduğu için seçtim. Evimdeki duş başlığı girdiğim andan itibaren bozuktu, tamir olmasını bekledim. DEFALARCA internetin olmadığına dair gerekli yerlere yazmama rağmen kimse beni ciddiye almadı. Yurt dışında olduğumu için internet konusunda cok mağdur olduk. Gereğinin yapılmasını istiyorum.

Kupatilo puno budji , slivnik na tuš kabini začepljen, pogled sa balkona u ciljevi. Crkao nam je ruter obavijestiti smo agenciji jedini odgovor od njih je bio da im pošaljem o sliku rutera 🤣. Tako da nema ni wfi. Rečeno nam je da se kasni Buking naplaćuje do 23h 50 posle 23h 70e došli smo u 22:45 čoveku smo javili stigao je tek u 23:50 i naplatio nam 70e vjerovatno je računao svoje vrijeme dolaska 😁. Jedina dobra stvar lokacija ali svakako stan za izbegavanje a i obratite pažnju i na agenciju koja vodi stan jel kada ovako ovaj stan vode vjerovatno je svaki takav, tako i da agenciju izbegavajte koliko možete. A šteta za stan na odličnom mjestu u jednoj lijepo i čistoj zgradi.

- Julie (1/5): Unclean, Unpleasant and Poorly Managed - A couple of block from Sagrada Familia, very central. But the rest was HORRIBLE. Below are the key reasons why I did not like it:
- Check-in Failure (First Night): I was unable to check in on the first night due to unclear and misleading instructions. I contacted the emergency number, but was told no assistance could be provided. As a result, I had to find and pay for another hotel at my own expense.
- Wrong Keys Provided: The next day, with the help of someone who happened to be on-site (not a staff member), I accessed the key box only to find the wrong keys. I had to travel back to the agency to get the correct ones, wasting over two hours and incurring taxi costs. Additionally, the staff member at the agency was extremely rude.
- Poor Condition of the Property: Upon finally entering the flat, I was met with a terrible odor. The sofa was ripped and heavily stained, and garbage from the previous guest was still present. The general state of cleanliness is unacceptable.
- Bathroom Hygiene Issues: The shower curtain is filthy, the ceiling is covered in mold, and the apartment walls were visibly stained. I contacted the agency requesting a cleaner, but received no response.
- Non-functional Washing Machine: Today, when attempting to do laundry, I discovered the washing machine was filled with old, stagnant water and unusable.
