Robyn (10/5): A great stay in Melbourne at Southern Cross Gem. - I loved staying at Southern Cross Gem, the Apartment was very comfortable and a good size. The views were wonderful, and there was a small outdoor balcony to sit in the evenings. The Apartment had everything that I needed, also a washing machine and dryer. It was in a excellent location to trams and right near Southern Cross Station. I would definitely stay there again. I liked everything about the Apartment.

Julie (6/5): - Location and beds were great. Bathroom was lovely. Good space, lovely big benches. Amazing views, and spectacular at night. Wow. Water quality was good. All instructions for facilities where easy to follow. Overall was a great experience 😌 Who wouldn't want to be right across from the main train station....chooo choo! 😄 There was a cupboard door off, and stains on carpet, and marks on walls....which were easily removed. Couldn't use oven at all, it smoked. Air-conditioning wasn't terrific, got very stuffy inside.....except on the extremely hot day....that was a bit confusing 🤔 Wonky chairs and table. Just needs at little maintenance, and TLC. I'm a cleaner....I left it better then I went in.
Courtney (4/5): Nice but bloody hot mate - Great views & location Air Conditioner didn’t work properly Room was 36 degrees when we arrived, turned aircon on and set for lowest setting of cold at 16 degrees. The room temperature never dropped belong 26 degrees even with air con going the whole time and the blinds down and lights off. It was so hot that neither my nephew or I could sleep. Cleaned the air conditioner filters and didn’t make a difference. The elevators were under maintenance and had to wait up to 25 minutes just to be able to squeeze into the 2 available. There appeared to be no air conditioning in the lobby or hallways and the temperature was so hot you could nearly pass out.
