• Olawale (7/5): lovely stay at the apartment, but the beds were bad and creaking , This needs to be changed for an overall best stay - The Garden area The beds were awful
• Carole (2/5): Terrible - That there was room for large party and location quite near tube. The property was not cleaned to acceptable standard for paying guests and the property needs decorating as it all looked tired and worn out. There were broken dining chairs broken sockets and no lights working in hallway. The bathroom window was broken and the glass had a large crack in it and the second bedroom windows could not be opened so very unsafe. The main bathroom water pipe discharged onto back garden and the sofa bed for one of our guests was broken and this was highlighted in a June 2025 review. There was a filthy old fridge freezer on patio area of garden where seating was and it stank. We reported all these issues to the owner in writing on email and Whatsapp.
• Jane (10/5): Exceptional house at an exceptional price! - Considering it is on a main road there was barely traffic noise and the back garden was a little haven.
• Kate (6/5): Pleasant - we were allowed to leave our luggage at noon, prior to check in, which was at 4pm and then we were allowed to check out at 11:30am, which really helped since we were a large group and there are only 2 bathrooms unfortunately, we booked for 7 guests and the sofa bed hadn’t been prepared for us. upon opening the sofa bed, it was broken at then foot end and we couldn’t use it so one of us had to use the sofa. we also needed sheets and towels for the 7th person and had to access a locked room to get these.
• Engina (5/5): Not a Pleasant Stay at All - The location was good for accessing the highways. Collecting the keys was easy. The garden was nice and quiet. The house was not very clean. Especially when you looked at the details (edges of the walls, behind doors, under and around the beds, chandeliers, kitchen cabinets, etc.), it was very clear that the place hadn’t been cleaned properly. We spent the first few hours of our stay trying to make it more livable. Since everything in the house was quite old, the lack of cleanliness was even more noticeable. The bed linens were in the same condition, so we ended up bringing our own from my sibling’s house and using those instead. The dishwasher wasn’t working, and when I informed the host, all I received was a “thank you for letting us know.” I’m certain they already knew it was broken. Since we were a group of four, doing the dishes manually was quite a hassle. The host didn’t respond to any of my initial messages and only replied after I followed up, so I never received a response on the same day. And the beds... unbelievable. I’ve slept in many uncomfortable beds, but I’ve never experienced ones this bad—so noisy, so poorly made, and so uncomfortable. After the first night, we couldn’t use the beds in two of the rooms and had to sleep on the couches for the remaining five nights. It was a complete disaster. For the price I paid, you could easily find much better places to stay in London. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.
• Chris (8/5): Pleasant enough but the "7* Dubai" review here is waaaaaay off - The hosts were very kind and helpful, messaging several times to make sure that we were getting on ok. There was plenty of space inside and the garden was lovely. It's competitively priced, especially if 3 or more of you are staying. 2 of the 3 beds weren't very comfy. The electrics in the house were in desperate need of replacement, with ancient plugs located in unhelpful positions and several light switches non-functional. Bizarrely, we counted about 6 clocks downstairs, half of which were broken and all of which were telling the wrong time. Didn't make a huge difference to our stay, but any electricians visiting would have nightmares.

The decor was beautiful and created a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Nothing
