• Chidiebere (10/5): Our stay was comfortable, well-prepared, and thoughtfully hosted. - I received the check-in and residence details approximately 2 hours before the predetermined check-in time. The instructions were very detailed and gave all the necessary information for the stay. Upon arrival, there was a wonderful bottle of wine on the counter and the space was clean and spacious. I travelled with 2 other friends so we were concerned for the bedding situation, but there is a pull out couch bed and a air mattrass so we all slept comfortably. We enjoyed the space which included a TV with YouTube and Netflix. It is also important to note that there is a grill for those who may be looking for that. Also, there are many great restaurants within walking distance with great walking sights and well maintained paths.

• Ritchie (7/5): OK. Liked the unit. Not impressed with the building. Too big, hard to find your way around. - Hosts were very helpful. Building location is great for easy access to highway 1. The building itself has design issues. Not a criticism of the hosts. No signage in the inside parking to find the elevators and which elevator to use depending on your apartment number. I wandered around the parking lot looking for an elevator together with another family who arrived at the same time. And the interior is extremely hot. Even with the heat turned down the temperature overnight in the unit rose. And if you open the window you get traffic noise. Some furnishings inside the unit were worn - the rug in the living room was really badly stained and requires immediate replacement.

• Catherine (8/5): Condo and facilities were top notch. Cleaning fee/requirements was a sore point. - The condo unit was one of the better we had been in. Everything was neat, clean and well equipped. The television was also very good where we could sign into our respective services. The cleaning fee was not only a bit excessive (especially for one night but maybe more reasonable over a week) but the requirements to run the dishwasher (not totally unreasonable) but to run out the garbage adds insult to injury. $99 to swap bed linen and towels. Aside from using the kettle, one cup and spoon which were cleaned and put back, all else was pretty much untouched.
• Joanna (8/5): Pleasant stay. - This was my second stay at the apartment so I knew what can I expect. Condo is clean and comfortable. Has everything what you need to stay. My kids love the indoor pool. It is a great bonus. Kitchen is good equipped. I like that apartment has a washer and dryer (especially dryer to dry pool towels!). For sure I can stay here next time when I come to Canmore. I wish to there were more plates, glasses, mugs and cutleries. It is nice that there is a dishwasher there with a lot of detergent, however extra dinnerware will be a plus.

• Benjamin (10/5): Fantastic value for the location. Perfect place to stay if interested in visiting the Alberta parks. - Great location. Plenty of dining options within a 5 minute walk, while also being a 15 minute walk away from the main shopping & dining streets. The unit was well stocked with cooking utensils and supplies, and the availability of a washer and dryer was nice.

• Leslie Lynne (8/5): This is a great property with fantastic location to resturants and shops. - The complimentary white wine was a thoughtful touch, and we loved the convenient location near restaurants and shops. The pool and both the outdoor and indoor hot tubs were fantastic for relaxing after a long day of activities. The deck furniture could use a good wipe-down, the living room rug may need replacing, and the bathroom could use more places to hang used towels.

• youry (9/5): - Tout était parfait sauf qu'il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir. Les informations avaient bien été envoyées pour prendre possession de la chambre sauf que n'ayant pas eu de réseau la veille je n'ai pas eu les informations à temps. Du coup cela à était un peu compliqué sur place car il n'y avait qu'un accueille pour l'hôtel qui est indépendant des résidences où on était. Tout à fini par rentrer dans l'ordre, mais cela serait mieux s'il y avait une personne pour gérer les arrivées et nous guider car le site est assez grand et c'est compliqué de se repérer sur place. Par contre les informations envoyées étaient parfaites sauf qu'il aurait fallu un plan pour situer l'entrée du parking.

Location très bien équipée avec bbq sur la terrasse bien appréciable. Il ne manque rien. Logement spacieux et confortable. Piscine utile pour se détendre après les randonnées.
• Rikhil (3/5): avoid if possible - bathroom was clean - property building was going refurbishment and full of dust and building materials - kitchen pots and pans were dirty with food stuck on them from previous guests - plates were also dirty - parking was hard to find - bed was super creaky and squeaky and we couldn't sleep as even a little rolling would wake us up with the noise - tried to contact host during stay with no response from host or booking.com

We even had access to coffee filters, coffeemate, laundry detergent, garbage bags and dishwasher pods that we didnt have to by. Bathroom was equipped with all soaps needed, as well as towels for bath and pool. No faceclothes though. They also supplied a pack and play for the baby to sleep in and it was very easy to set up and worked great! The pool and hottub were awesome! The bed was very firm, which wouldn't have mattered for a short stay, but we stayed for 9 nights so that did get a bit uncomfortable for us. Pillows were great!

We liked the location, the unit was a nice size, clean and cozy. This unit had underground parking, no worries for parking. The hot tub was good. The price was very affordable, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you The instructions for finding the underground parking need to be more detailed . A more detailed instruction for entering & locking the unit, every place is different & owner should not assume it is easy as 1,2,3. In saying that the owner was very attentive to help us out, very quickly. The bed mattress was hard, not to our liking, we survived LOL
• Zach (8/5): Very good - Very cute little apartment style hotel. Good for a small family with kids , especially the pool. Good location , walkable to downtown, which is a bonus on the weekends. Kitchen with utensils a huge bonus to make meals in house. Pool was a huge hit with the kids. Complementary wine was a beautiful personal touch. Pull out bed very uncomfortable, wifi would fail at odd times, but not the end of the world since not in room much. Pool could have been slightly warmer.

• Carolyn (9/5): Very nice, clean property - Space was good. Everything was clean. Has all equipment needed for a couple nights/full kitchen etc. The restaurant on site is fabulous! The front door was challenging to lock when leaving(no instructions) No times listed for pool/hot tub. The bed was super hard, the coffee or sugar tasted like chemicals. (Not sure which one it was), the neighbors are extremely loud, and there are no washcloths to use for showering.

There was a slight damp smell from the apartment when we went back to the apartment, not upon arrival but after. I felt the bed sheets/linen weren't that clean or fresh, couple of stains on the sheets. Very very noisy neighbours.

Luckily we chose this apartment. Everything was as described on this listing. Not only was the apartment more than we expected for the price, the scenery is truly breathtaking. Bus stop and grocery store are nearby. It is easy to get to Banff. The host is very kind and responds quickly to all questions. Appliances are very new and fully equipped. Details such as dishwasher tabs and drying sheets are included. One point to consider: The apartment could be a little small for four visitors. Three, as we did it, work perfectly fine. All in all an easy recommendation to everyone who is looking for an affordable vacation apartment with kitchen near the town of Banff.
