• Mohammad (7/5): Stay at Razak residence - Lots of stores, restaurants right downstairs walking distance. Pillows should be im good condition and should have another set for bedsheets and pillows cover to wash and change specially for stays for a month or more.

• Mohamed (1/5): Worst ever experience. The whole family get sick after vacation. - The building was maintain good the room we stayed is like rubbish bin. Very poor condition. The photo used in booking was totally different with actual room. it was very bad.

• Ahmad (10/5): Excellent for Family Staycation - Facilties of the resident. Very peaceful quiet and easy to access. Lots of Stall on G Floor without thinking of driving out. Just walk. Gym..love it. Kids swimming pools and playground. Large and secure. Open until 10PM. Very private which you need the resident pass card to access all the facilities (no outsider allowed) The house complete with furniture, kicthen tools and also Netflix. For me its perfect for family staycation. Also value for money rather than regular hotel. The house didn't have water dispenser. Others, perfect.
