- Pek (8/5): - A više manje sve ok. Dosta stvari u sobama je razbijeno. Na prvi pogled sve izgleda solidno ali onda vidiš da je kada puknuta, umivaonik dotrajao, krevet razvaljen.. sve i dalje funkcionalno ali potrebna renovacija.

- Nadin (5/5): Leider nicht wie erwartet - Die Lage ist super und das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kein Klopapier, verdreckte Toilette, abgenutzte/kaputte Möbel, Flecken auf dem Sofa und auf dem Schreibtisch. Insgesamt einen nicht sehr sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck gemacht.

- yasmin (8/5): Overall this hotel delivers on facilities - The facilities at the hotel are first class (except the restaurant for evening dining). The saunas, spa, pool, massages (paid for but well priced) are exceptional and clean. The rooms are spacious and on the whole well maintained. Small signs of wear and tear in areas but nothing that spoils the stay or comfort. The large king size bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all pleasant and helpful especially Mido who supported breakfast he was exceptionally helpful, polite and a joy to see every morning. Thanks Mido ❤️ Tried the restaurant for an evening meal on the first night of the stay. The food was poorly presented (like warm), very overcooked. This needs addressing urgently, a hotel of this calibre should be able to prepare, present and deliver a decent dining experience .

- Hodzic (6/5): Wegen einer Hochzeit in diesem Hotel gebucht, ansonsten würd ich es nicht mehr buchen. - Im großen und ganzen war es OK, wir hatten eine Suite. Preis Leistung lässt zu wünschen übrig, für ein 5 Sterne Hotel finde ich den letzten Stern etwas schwach. Frühstück eher schlecht, die Säfte schmecken sehr künstlich. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter im Restaurant eher schlecht. Sehr demotivierte Mitarbeiter nicht Hilfsbereit oder gesprächig. Zimmer sind OK, das Bad hat paar Baustellen. Im Klo läuft ständig das Wasser, im Zimmer war es sehr kalt, Bestellungen vom Restaurant ins Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Service allgemein war meiner Meinung nach unausreichend. Die Polster in den Zimmern sind KATASTROPHAL

The rooms are spacious and in comparison to the competitiveness the hotel is value for money. unfortunately I did not have the chance to taste and evaluate the breakfast as I was flying very early in the morning before the opening of the breakfast buffet.

- Monika (8/5): - U Hillsu smo bili više puta i imam osjećaj da se ne ulaže puno u održavanje samog hotela. Soba je bila okej, čista. Spa dio klasično dobar. Igraonica za djecu je super i pruža sate zabave za najmlađe. Hotel ima puno sadržaja za djecu i ima potencijal, ali nije za 5 zvjezdica.... Dio restorana i prostorije za pušače kraj bazena su odvratni. Restoran je konstantno pun ptica koje obavljaju nuždu po stolicama. U prostoriji ograđenoj za pušače je užasno neuredno, a pod je pun malih buba, za koje bih rekla da su žohari, obzirom da su uvjeti vlage i vrućine savršeni za njih.

Hotel je čist i udoban, sobe su prostrane, a spa i bazeni odlični za opuštanje. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno i profesionalno te nam je uvijek izlazilo u susret.

- Softić Berbić (8/5): - Odlican sadrzaj, dobar parking, vrhunski dorucak. Soba nam je bila ogromnaaa top. Restoran u sklopu hotela je top, cijene su OK. Sa balkona se moze gledati slijetanje aviona na aerodrom. Na izlasku su nam poklonili kolacice sto je bila jako lijepa gesta. Na bazenima nije bila guzva. U nasoj sobi je bio problem sa wc šoljom, tesko je islo pustanje vode i vidi se da je bio problem sa šoljom, tj da je bila odvaljena. Kupatilo je zastarjelo, ima ostataka vlage u fugama. Krevet nije po mojoj volji, pretvrd (ovo je do mene). Bazeni i sve okolo je dotrajalo (mozda sto je van sezone).

- Iris (3/5): Used to be a 5 stars resort - The spa was sadly the only decent thing in this resort. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious. The pool area is old and overheated. The staff is tired of being there and you can tell. The kids play area is a hazard and full of dust, so unbearable for anyone with breathing allergies. There was only one half decent coffee machine. The lobby bar does not work, the sky bar neither. Worst of all is the mold in the bathrooms. There is an obvious lack of facility management and care. This hotel sells itself as luxury resort, but is anything but. They maybe were a great hotel when they were built, but living on old glory. The lobby area is more like a trashy casino, than a resort entrance.
