And I mean EVERYTHING!!! - Excellent communication from the host, great location, price and facilities, free parking, food and drinks, east street market on saturdays just outside the building. It is on a council estate but very quiet and safe. It felt like we were staying at someones home rather than airbnb. nothing

• Ian (9/5): A very clean and comfortable stay in a central location - A clean and comfortable apartment in a central location near Elephant ans Castle. The heating was good and the water nice and hot. It was a cold night so it was nice to be warm and cosy. There was complimentary tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. Plenty of spare bedding and towels. The instructions to get in were very clear and the host was available if you had any questions.

• Fodor Betti (10/5): Eddig a legkényelmesebb és legfelszereltebb szállásunk volt Londonban - A felszereltség nagyon bő volt. Jobb, mint egy hotelben. Az apartmanban minden volt, kávé, tea, édesítő, varró készlet, használható hajszárító, mosógép, mosópor, szárító, vasaló és vasalódeszka, tényleg minden, amiket felsorolni sem tudok. Érkezhettünk előbb, de így pont elcsíptúk, ahogy takarítják az apartmant, de szerencsére már a végén tartott a takarítás, így gyorsan ledobhattuk a táskáinkat és mehettünk dolgunkra. A szállásra érve feldíszített karácsonyfa fogadott minket és cukorka az asztalon, amit a kislányok előszeretettel kóstolgattak (mi felnőttek is). A kilátás szuper volt, a lakás meleg volt, a törülközők finom illatúak voltak, a fürdőszobában volt sampon, balzsam, tusfürdő (női és férfi illatokban), új fogkefe, fogkrém. Tényleg nagyon kényelmes volt minden! Londonban még sosem volt ennyire kényelmes és felszerelt szállásban részem. A kanapéban az egyik ülőhely kicsit le volt szakadva, de még így is kényelmes volt. A mosógépet kinyitva kellett hag,ni, különben szivárgott belőle a víz, de a szomszédban volt az a hölgy, aki érkezéskor fogadott minket, így nem volt gond.
• Iryna (7/5): Розташування 3 км до центру , якщо просто переночувати - то ціна/якість чудово. - Розташування, наявні продукти (є за гроші, є комплімент - все дуже зручно) Відсутність обіднього столу, кухня зовсім маленька, диван не розкладається, спати на ньому жахливо - це апартаменти виключно для 4 х людей, а не для 5-ти як нам було задекларовано. Все стареньке, метро далеко, але є автобуси в центр

A proximité il y a un magasin Morisson où l ont trouvé tout ce qui est nécessaire et il y a aussi le marché de east market qui se trouve juste à une rue derrière. Il manque peut être juste une table pour manger meme si des tabourets sont mis à disposition pour manger autour de la table basse.

• Ellen (8/5): Clean, tidy and reasonably spacious 2 bed apartment, well located, with attentive host. - Host has spent the time to think of what might improve people's stay. He provided cereal, tea and coffee and breakfast items FOC and made sure this was clear. He also provided alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and other items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste etc for a charge - we discovered our daughter's friend had forgotten her toothbrush so very handy!! Free parking on site through permit was extremely helpful to have and not something you often find in London. Bed in main bedroom was a little bit soft for us but then we like a very firm mattress. Otherwise flat was very comfy.

• Stéphane (1/5): Appartement très descevant, mal isolé dans un immeuble non entretenu, et surtout l’annonce est mensongère stipulant un p - Rien de positif à commenter Quartier mal fréquenté, appartement situé dans un vieille immeuble mal entretenu, ma famille et moi étions très déçus. Appartement mal isolé, nous avons souffert de la chaleur et nous entendions les voisins comme si ils étaient dans l’appartement. De plus le parking était affiché comme gratuit dans l’annonce, nous nous sommes garés dans route principale et malheureusement nous avons eu La désagréable surprise le matin de notre départ d’avoir une amende de 80£! Bref appartement à éviter.
• David (8/5): Schöne Wohnung, die man empfehlen kann - Gute Lage in London mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an wenig. Sehr nett waren die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Die Kommunikation war insgesamt etwas schwerfällig und kompliziert. Auch die Parksituation konnte nur mit Hilfe einer Nachbarin geklärt werden. Die Wohnung war zwar ordentlich, aber auch nicht 100%ig sauber.
• amanda (9/5): Great appartment close to central London - The host is lovely as is the neighbour who was on hand with information. The neighbourhood is lovely, loads of food options within walking distance. Easy to get to central London. The appartment is spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. Set in a nice looking appartment block with parking. You couldn't ask for more really. Very little. I would maybe replace the shower curtain with a glass shower door. But this isn't a deal breaker and the shower itself is powerful.

• Adam (8/5): Great value for money, good location - Great communication, space very good for the price, great location, kitchen well equipped, bedding and towels nice and clean (no musty smelling laundry!). Seen a couple reviews mention the area wasn't great, we had no problems at all. Only slight niggle was the shower is quite difficult to adjust the temperature, even with the instructions provided. No lack of hot water though.
• Jangdhari (8/5): Overall it was good and convenient if you have the Uber app or like to walk. Even though it was within miles of the main - They had stuff there to eat and drink if we wanted to purchase it. Their was complementary items as well. Food was close by. Easy and quick access to Uber. I’m from the USA so it would have been nice to have AC as we were lucky to have warm weather. The shower was problematic as we could not get the temperature to be comfortable. It was too hot or too cold. The out side of the building and common areas were unkept and dirty so first impression was it is sketchy here. Since this was our first visit to London we realized it’s common in the area where the property is located.

• Barbora (8/5): Very good - It´s a nice flat, nice place. Lots of buses towards center (about 15 minutes) near this accomodation. Lots of food included, free wifi, hairdryer, towels etc. I can´t imagine six people, four is enough to feel comfortable. And sometimes we heard neighbours.

• Maliza (10/5): Great! - The place was comfortable, had a homey feel, and had everything we needed— especially kitchen which had plenty utensils, cookware and basic needs that were helpful. Location wise it was easy to go to London, especially via buses. The host was especially kind with the instructions, and even gave a lovely fruit basket for my family. Thankyou!

• Saffron (8/5): Convenient location, clean flat and helpful host - Good location in London! Very easy to get around thanks to nearby bus stops. Loved that there was a market right downstairs and plenty of nice shops and restaurants around. The host was very helpful, respectful and accommodating to requests. The place was clean and well-stocked, especially the kitchen. 1) The area looked dodgy at nighttime but it was safe and looked just fine during the day. 2) We travelled during the heatwave so it was very hot in there and difficult to open the windows but when I requested an extra fan, the host was quick to help so thank you for that!

• Marcin (8/5): Great owner and great price for the value - Great owner, verry helpful, great contact. Nicely furnished apartment, close to main attraction in London ( 30-40 min slow walk), cheap parking for car ( don't forget to mention that before your boarding so owner can issue parking permit sticker), Beds and mattresses could be more comfortable but that's my personal opinion as I like big and soft beds. Building and neighborhood looks a little bit dodgy but nothing really happened, it just look like that.
• Ivan (6/5): Pleasant - Accommodation is within the reach of the subway, the willingness of the host Relatively low standard of cleanliness, a lot of personal things, upon arrival it was necessary to first clean the toilet and bathroom and vacuum the whole apartment. Unfortunately, the overall impression was spoiled by the cleanliness of the accommodation.
• Arun (5/5): Very costly . Passable for couples and singles, need lots of improvement. - It’s ok for singles or couples not for family , lots of snacks choice and free water . Very dirty bathroom , there is lot of used personal stuff around the apartment , especially used dress, used kitchen stuff, used bathing soap , and other personal stuff . Wrong location marked on the google map , which will take you to other side of the road .
• Kamal (9/5): Superb - The apartment was in an easily accessible area near elephant and castle (15 minute walk). The apartment had parking onside or the side roads had free parking after 6.30pm on Friday up until Monday morning. The apartment was clean, had 2 rooms with enough beds for a small group of people and had everything required for a night or two stay! The host was amazing, would regularly check up beforehand to ensure you had everything available and also offered biscuits, drinks and more within the apartment if required. Bedding was clean and towels were provided for showers. I'd recommend the local food hall - Mercato Metropolitan which is a 20 minute walk for their beer garden and over 40 different types of food! Overall had no issues with the apartment or area and will definitely be booking this place again in the future. The only complaint is the surrounding area has a market that started early but that's natural for London, I'd recommend a pair of ear plugs which I did and had no issues staying asleep but my friends who don't regularly use ear plugs awoke to the market noise. No problems with the flat itself!
• Wlodzimierz (9/5): We had a great time exploring London. Highly recommended - Nice, well equipped, clean modern apartment ideal for families or groups of friends. Apartment is located near tube station (around 15min walk) with great connection to all London’s attractions. Parking is available for those driving. Host very friendly and helpful.
